question which options our customers select, nor do we change their selection without their prior notification.The customer did not contact us until after they received their orderIt seems that whoever placed this order did not properly review their selection before or after placing the order and only realized the mistakes they made in their selection once they received their order.We offered to make the changes the customer wanted free of charge, only requesting that the Customer pay for the shipping but they declined our offer
