I used this company which is also doing business under an assumed name (Fast and affordable divorce) to send me paperwork to file for divorce and to assist me with completing itI paid $and was sent incorrect documents that are not recognized by the courtI was sent by the court to legal aid and given the correct paperworkI called Fast and Affordable Divorce for a refund since I was unable to use their forms and have been given the run around by them even though they have a money back guarantee on their websiteThey refuse to reimburse me or to give me their address to file a Revdex.com complaint or a small claims lawsuit

Staff is very unprofessional, the manager likes to cut customers off in mid sentence and speak over them They misinformed me at the start that they handled everything when in fact they offer "support in how to do it yourself "When I tried to explain my confusion, the manager was argumentative and decided to tell me that because he gave me a "discount" at the start of the service, I do not get a full refundOnly halfThey did nothingOnly emailed me copies of papers I could've printed off line for free on my own and were in fact the wrong papersThey also continuously had my information wrong so every time I called it took forever to find my case Overall, the experience was horrible and they took what I hoped to be a headache remover and turned it into a battleAgain I would strongly advise against using these peopleI'd rather hire a preschooler and have them do a divorce in crayon before I would ever hire this joke of a service
