Client contradicts her own statements Initially she states 1FILE did what she contracted 1FILE to do, which is get her a $Zero Dollar payment, then she states something about a $payment to FEDLOAN which is what the payment was and would remain had we not approved her and enrolled her in the $payment Income Based Repayment Federal programWe have cancelled the client and have ceased all collection

We are terminating our agreement with [redacted] without pursuing any balance due, as is our right under the law, By the clients own words, we did what we were hired to do...resulting in client being approved for a Monthly Student Loan payment of $for Months, which client claims she could have done herself...at the time of her call to us she had not(eligible since Sept 2012)We helped her successfully take advantage of the programs which we made her awareWe delivered approvals and enrollment in to Public service Loan Forgiveness and Income based repayment under the William D Ford Act resulting in her loans being forgiven after payments of $? , she called us and was explained all of her options and decided to enter in to a signed agreement with us for our servicesWe delivered for the client as agreed.?

I was working with 1file.org to consolidate my Federal Student Loans and work on debt forgiveness Unfortunately, they were not able to help due to loans being consolidated between my wife and II was also told they would contact my current company and they would work with them in closing my account and I would be making payments with 1file.org I still received statements from my current company I called my first company and they had never heard of 1file.org I am currently waiting on repayment of $for three payments made to the company I have contacted 1file.org several times and have been told that I was going to be credited back the money due but it has never shown up on my bank statement I have an email dated March stating a refund is being processed and I should hear back within in 3-business days for the proccessing to be completed I have also contacted them two more times this month and was told I would get a call back later that day after my representati

Mr [redacted] has been enrolled with us since 1/29/In the contract he signed with us at the time of enrollment (attached), it was very clear that we would be processing documentation on his behalf through the Department of Education and also the loan servicer, which is Fed Loan ServicingEmails are created for clients to enable us to properly manage their accounts, and all information is then forwarded automatically to the client's personal email accounts which they provide to us Mr [redacted] 's claim that the Dept of Education or loan servicer was "unable to contact him", is simply NOT trueMr [redacted] has been receiving correspondence to his personal email since the day he enrolled with us on 1/29/We completed an Income Driven application for him last year and he received an approval from Fed Loan Servicing for a $payment for monthsWhen it was time to recertify his repayment plan, we contacted him several times via email and phone with no response to usBelow, you will see screenshot of an email opened and read by client and also detailed notes written in his file He has since cancelled his enrollment with us and filed this complaint

This complaint to the Revdex.com comes after the client filed a chargeback with her credit card company and the money was returned to her at which point our bank went to arbitration with her bank and with our paperwork proved beyond doubt that we had completed the services she paid for, all the disclosures were made and agreed, a verification recording was supplied proving the client was well aware of our relationship, fee,s and loan payment amounts, so for the client to make accusations that she was told something different, is not evident anywhere and is a reach after we already proved our case to her bank and our merchant bank and reversed her chargeback

The client in question grossly misled our agent on his Total Income and when the actual IRS data came back with almost twice as much as the client disclosed, we advised the client his new payment amountClient was refunded

We completed an Income Based Payment of $for this Client, It did take a little longer than expected as her paperwork was mysteriously not received by her servicer and needed numerous submissions to completeClient has made of payments due, we are waiving the remaining two payments due to the misunderstanding

Please respond to the following issues raised by the consumer: - "They say that the monthly payments will be going towards your loans and after certain amount of time your loans are forgiven...The monthly payments in reality are for their own business, never towards your loans." We delivered this person as agreed a $Payment as he agree'sSomething his servicer failed to tell him years ago either because they felt it wasn't in their best interest or it wasn't profitableWe are shocked he is anything but happy due to his financial hardshipWe are sorry he understood the agent as being a part of the Department of Education after we confirm this detail in a Quality Control Third Party Verification which goes over our relationship and the clients understanding as well as it is clearly written in a very plain English agreement which he reviewed and signed
