included, we advised her that we do FEDERAL LOANS ONLY she was advised by *** *** on her initial phone call and she acknowledged this in her Quality Control 3rd Party Verificationclearly by the TOTAL balance of loans we consolidated the $40k PRIVATE loan was not included.We delivered a huge savings and exactly as contracted for this client

I was told that 1File was going to help with a loan forgiveness program after my school (Everest College) was closed down due to fraudI had a $42k loanI was told that after I paid the $fee (which I did in payments), then my monthly charges would be $39/month for years in order to have the loans forgiven taken off of my credit report as paid offI have been paying them for the last 1/years nowI was just sent an email from the Department of Education that there is a court case regarding the school and a borrower's repayment program in place that will discharge the loans from Everest CollegeUpon calling the Deptof Ed about the email, I was told to stop my payments to 1File because my application for borrower's repayment was in a review to discharge the loanThey told me that the loan was already in forbearance and had been for quite some time (years!)No one had even heard of 1File when I mentioned them

I contacted this company to help resolve my student loan questions and help consolidate my outstanding balancesThis business took my money and did not do anything that they said they would doSince I was under the belief that they were going to do what they said my student loans when into default, and I have since been charge unbelievable feesI would simply like my money back as this business did not do anything they said they wouldI have all my email and text correspondence, which clearly states everything this business failed to do

We completed an Income Based Payment of $for this Client, It did take a little longer than expected as her paperwork was mysteriously not received by her servicer and needed numerous submissions to completeClient has made of payments due, we are waiving the remaining two payments due to the
misunderstanding

I am glad they have me a refund, but these people have sloppy, shady practices Unless they are forced to change their ways I would expect more complaints from others Otherwise my situation had been resolved.

They did not disclose all information in regards to the consolidation when I signed upI believe that I was taken advantage of due to not knowing the specifics of the consolidation and the sales representative not informing me of all the information that he knew about the programI do not agree that it should cost $1,to consolidate student loans, as I did a consolidation of my other student loans by myself with no issues

To start off, this Company 1file.org comes across as the federal education departmentWhich in fact they are a third partyThey are just out there, trying to get money from individuals that need to consolidate and payback their loansThey call your phone number and they start talking to you about the importance of consolidating your loans and that you qualify for loan forgiveness (THEY HAVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION! BY THE WAY)They say that the monthly payments will be going towards your loans and after certain amount of time your loans are forgivenThis Company is not a legitimate company because they lure individuals that are in the need to pay off their debt, by lying to them and getting money out of themThe monthly payments in reality are for their own business, never towards your loansThey lied to state that the monthly payments were going towards my student loansThey lie to you by stating that they are from the actual federal student loan.gov departmentI will make sure
