A guy named “***” convinced me to sign this federal loan consolidation thingI was in doubt already I called him again and told him that I want to cancel/revoke the agreement that I signedHe just talked fast and I didn’t even understand what he saidAnd then hanged upI tried calling again but I think he put me on a blocked listNo payment has not been settled yet but I gave him all my information, he even accessed my *** *** *** *** (that he should not be asking in the first place) but I got fooled so I did everything he told meI even gave him my credit card informationsThose $is for the enrollment fee for them to process the consolidation application when in the first place everyone can do it online for freeAnd then those $39/monthly says “monthly service fee”, not the loan payment itselfI just want to cancel and revoke that application and erase all of my informations

The fact is before we reached out to this client she had a standard payment of $882.53, we got her in a $payment in days of speaking to our representative*** *** has had her file for years and failed to advise her as they felt it not profitable, and upon us getting results they then tell the client she got scammed..........................you don't have to believe a word I say to know you where eligible for years which the cost of$of over-payment for just year is $per year, and yet they call us the scam

Mr*** enrolled with one of our Affiliates, USFFC - United States Freedom Financial Center on March 6th, (Signed Contract Attached)We are separate entities - we provide "back end" supportOur company, 1File.org provides document processing services for individuals wishing to
consolidate student loans or enter into Income Driven Repayment plansMr*** signed a service agreement for the document services that we provideHe agreed to pay $enrollment fee split into payments of $eachFirst payment payable on 3/7/and the remaining payment on 4/17/The first payment was run, but came back as "Non Sufficient Funds"That is the reason he received the automated email making him aware the payment was declined and to call to make other payment arrangements Mr*** never expressed wishes of cancelling our servicesWe never received a phone call, nor a written letter requesting a cancellationThe only thing we received on 4/4/was this short, nasty, and unprofessional email: "stop running my card you are a scam! I do not want your services!!!!"At which point, we gladly cancelled his file and sent him an email confirmation of cancellation

I was not married at that time and my spouses income was only mentioned to find out how another income would effect us in the future1file.org quoted me at paying 39$ a month for payments and a 600$ service fee then my loan would be forgivenThe next phone conversation the price went as high as 169$ which as explained to me was 39$ monthly service fee and 129$ to the loan holder which was ***Why 1file.org didn't disclose the monthly service fee on initial conversation is still a mystery but I agreed with the amount because it was a lot less than the 271$ I was facing with *** without the assistance of 1file.orgAgain after that conversation and installment payments of 199$, the monthly quote changed again to 41$ total, during a conversation between 1file.org and my spouseAfter that conversation is when my wife and I decided to end our agreement with 1file.org because we couldn't get a consistent quote or answer to our questions concerning the quote differences1file.org says a refund was denied because work that they were contracted to do, was completed "beyond expectations." I think its obvious by now that as a client of 1file.org at the time, my expectations were clearly not achievedI believe it is also obvious that 1file.org has not acted in "good faith" by saying they agreed to waive any outstanding balance or else we would not be currently having this disputeAll that was said regarding a refund was that they would "start the refund process." Full payment was not issued to 1file.org simply because I did not want to continue to pay for a service that I was not satisfied withFurthermore, I absolutely did not claim the charge was fraud nor did I claim to have "no idea" who charged my credit cardI only claimed that I did not recognize the company name on my bank statement that the installments of 199$ were made to. Nothing about this whole process was ever done on my part with "malicious" intentI was only seeking clear and honest explanations of separate and drastically different monthly quotes and after not receiving any of that is when my spouse and I decided to cancel agreement. In latter and most recent conversations with 1file.org to get explanations or identify discrepancies, 1file.org representatives and management became rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional without allowing me to ask questions or seek explanations and was hung up on then my phone number was blockedMy wife and I were never at any point rude or disrespectful to any employees of 1file.org but my wife and I on the other hand were subjected to such
If I won't be refunded because the contract work has been completed, then I should be allowed to receive the services outlined in the contract stating that I would pay 41$ a month under the Income Based Repayment Plan

This doesn't resolve my complaintThat company lied to me when they signed me up for loan repaymentThey never told me I had to pay them for their services up frontThey told me I would pay my loans back through them which was and that they could erase $40,which was also a lieAlso, I was never told about the $monthly feeThey rushed me to electronically sign paper work and send it back to them while I was on the phoneTherefore I was unable to thoroughly read all the documentationIf I was aware they were just a middle man company and trying to rip me off I would not have signed the paperwork*** *** told me I don't need to deal with one file org to repay my student loans and that they scammed me!

In order to address each and every one of your concerns I will in the order of your complaintI did not authorize the company 1file.org to debit my account for on Feb 8th but they did on their ownRESPONSE: We have a copy of a signed Credit Card Authorization and Services Agreement
stating otherwise.? The agreement was that I would contact 1file.org and let them know what my finances were if the payment could be done on the 8th.? Response: That is what your signed agreement states, to which you completed a Verification and Compliance call explaining our relationship at the time of the agreementThe same agreement you deny knowing about above and then acknowledge in the next item of your complaintI did not call them because I applied for the service they do myself for free.? Response: At the time we contacted the client, she had not enrolled in the federal program we made her aware of, A program she had been? eligible? for years and? had? not yet applied until we explained to ? her in a consultationOur agreement clearly states we would need to be contacted in order to cancel a client.4.? In the midst of trying to call them and contact the proper persons was virtually impossibleI kept getting voice-mail and or no answerResponse: Above you stated you did not call usWe have numerous methods of contact sent to all clients upon enrollment and throughout the process? Mr*** was a bit too *** in writing this complaint, to hastily attempt to damage our reputation, because he had already been issued to refund for the payments of $that he made to usI personally, emailed him the refund confirmations for each transaction, and also informed him by email and
text that we had refunded the moneyHe is correct - we were NOT able to help him because of his situation with his Wife's loansWe are not in the business of taking money from people who we cannot help.?

what the payment would be without the help of us putting him in an Income Based Repayment, It is common for client to misunderstand the paperwork sent in the mail from the servicer

*** *** , the same servicer that never advised you since that you where eligible for $Income Based Repayment is now telling you to put loans in deferment with interest accruing monthly and the balance growing, as opposed to what we recommend which is remaining in the $dollar payment, no balance increase and the months in school count towards eventual forgiveness.This doesn't surprise me.!I'm glad or after research you can do this all on your own, I am glad that we have made you awareI would be a little more hesitant on trusting everything your loan servicer is advising, so in the end we helped

Prior to speaking with our company this client had a payment of over $300, we made her aware of a government program she is eligibleWe contracted a fee to file paperwork for her to get enrolled in the government program, which she could have done on her own years ago, she did notAfter completing
the work and getting her approved she then complained about being able to do it on her ownShe completed a Quality control verification call prior to enrollment which discloses all the details of the program and where each dollar she pays is going, and she chose to enroll and have us do the work for a fee

The client was refunded the money to the card which it was received, and we continue to keep her in the program at the same rate she was quoted by the Department of Education after they pulled her IRS records., without receiving compensationWe have tried explaining to the client " How it works" but unfortunately that does not mean the client understands, so in this case we will just do the necessary work in a charitable manner
