Ms*** states she was contacted by 1File.org to consolidate her student loansShe is very mistaken, because we never contacted her regarding her student loansWe are a document processing company She was contacted by an affiliate, USFFC who then contracts our company to process the paperwork
for Direct Consolidations and Income Driven Repayment plans for individuals with student loansWe are a completely separate entityI have attached a copy of the service agreement to this response.Ms*** signed a Service Agreement, which clearly states the terms of the relationship, the process, and payment amountsThe payment amounts and dates are clearly outlined and were, in fact, approved by herWe do NOT start any work on a file until the first payment is made by the clientThese are our termsMs*** cannot dictate how we manage our businessAt the time of her first payment, we began working on her file, and found there were several errors in the file and missing income documentationThe main error was the Financial Student Aide log in information, Ms*** had changed after enrolling with usWithout that information, we cannot move forward with completing the application - due to not having accessWe also requested income documentation several times, and Ms*** refused to cooperateIncome documentation is necessary when applying for a reduced student loan payment based on Income provided and family sizeAlso, in reading all of the notes in her file, it states that Ms*** was extremely rude to all of the customer service representatives she spoke with from our officeSeveral people tried to assist her, and Ms*** was very combative, uncooperative, and she yelled at several people.Since we were unable to complete the work, due to Ms***'s inability and refusal to work with us, we have issued a refund for the payments she made to usWe wish her all the best.? Client has a debt of $42,and Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) he provided to us at the time of his initial quote was
$64,We then pulled the records from the IRS only to discover client had not disclosed spouse’s income,
which will result in a higher payment than qoutedClients combined AGI
is $106,
Clients payments were over $prior to enrolling with us,
and we got approved for a payment of only $per month
Client and Spouse were advised of status every step of the
process and were made aware of the $payment
The complaint from the client is that he was told his
payments would be $??" which was a mistake that was quickly rectified and
confirmed with spouse, Client admitted and confirmed that
the payment issue was, in fact resolved ??" and both he and spouse were made
fully aware
On our end, the problem was solved, the client was happy
with the gift of only a $paymentThat was on November 30,
On December 8th, client called in to request a
refund ??" for unknown reason
Refund was denied because work we were contracted to do, was
completed beyond expectations and full payment was not yet receivedIn good faith we agreed to waive any outstanding balance due
When refund was not approved, client proceeded to Charge-back
through his bank on December 21, Claiming the charge was fraud and he had no idea who charged his credit card, we then proceeded to prove otherwise and win the disputed charge
Client was willfully and maliciously attempting to recover funds, which we earned for providing the agreed upon service

Dear Revdex.com,? Our? initial position has not changed and we feel it already addressed in our prior response to client's complaint.? Thank you

Actually my loans went into default because? 1file.org? did not get a hold of meThe representative I talked to said I was emailed ONCE, not "repeatedly." When I asked her how many times did you try to contact me she said "once in February."I was charged every month as if they were doing their job and I got a call from the loan servicer stating I was in defaultIt passed the day late mark which is why they calledMy credit went down points because of itSo making payments to the company that "manages" my account caused me to go into defaultWhat was being managed exactly? Absolutely nothingMaybe you should have tried calling meOr emailing a SECOND time? That is terrible practiceThey are absolutely at fault for charging me without contacting me a SECOND attempt and not getting things straightened outThe money is nothing compared to the affect on my creditI will not conclude this as closed until my credit score is resolved and appropriately fixedI am in awe that the responder blatantly lied and stated that I stated I was contacted multiple times by phone and email, because that is not the caseI only found out about being in default because of a letter from fed student loan servicing, not by my so called manager. They managed nothingThey STOLE my money and cause a SIGNIFICANT drop in my creditIt is fraudulent to let them take money and not do a thingI am disgusted at how they allow kids to have their credit ruined and not try to fix the problem

We are very sorry Ms *** has such negative feelings and opinions regarding our company and the service we provided for herWe have no problem fulfilling Ms ***'s desired settlement of having her contract terminatedWe will take care of that asap.? But as far as her allegations of
"being scammed", this is simply untrue and disparaging of our companyWe were simply following up on her extremely delinquent account with usWe did an excellent job of completing the work she contracted us to do, and also lowered her payments drastically, to help her financially due to her low incomeWe complete the initial work, and then we are required to recertify all programs each and every yearThis is what the $goes towardsThe reason why she was refunded payments of $in the beginning, was because our contract states that the $payments will only begin once we receive confirmation of approval from her loan servicerIn her case, we had not yet received it - which was an oversight, but we corrected it right away by refunding those payments to herOnce we received the approval, we resumed charging the $as stated in the contract she signed with usWhich by the way, she has never paidAll payments were declined, and is in violation of the contract she signed with us.? As far as Ms *** returning to schoolHow in the world were we supposed to know that? We are not magicians, and Her re-certification isn't? due until July of this year.? At which point, we would learn that she had returned to school after submitting the new paperworkShe never once, reached out to inform us of these changes, nor did she answer any other requests regarding payments dueAnd now she is upset because we, as a business, are contacting her about the money she owes us..? We have done nothing wrong and It's a shame that after everything we did to help her, she turns around and callously writes this reviewToo bad there isn't a Better Business Client, where businesses can share their experiences with clients and how WE are "scammed".? We wish Ms*** all the best.?

Mr*** needs to review his records, because he is completely off with his calculationsHe is either just confused, or a downright liar and trying to scam our company for more moneyMr*** enrolled on June 12th, He agreed to pay an enrollment fee of $599, split up into payments of
$each, and then a monthly service fee of $Thus far, he has paid $599, and payments of $Which equals a total of $So, where he comes up with a "Purchase Price" of $and "Disputed Amount of $is beyond my comprehensionI have attached the Service Agreement along with payment arrangement to this response. On June of 2015, when working on Mr***'s file, we ran into several issues - Payments declining, Adjusted Gross Income Amount provided was incorrect, and Proof of Income wasn't providedWe reached out to Mr*** for months and months requesting he provide us with the necessary documentation - otherwise we weren't able to complete his applicationsIt wasn't until months later, that he finally sent us the documentation we needed!! He emailed his 1040's to us on 5/7/and his? application was promptly sent out on 5/10/to the Dept of Education (application attached and also refer to screenshot of notes below)Mr*** was extremely irresponsible in being proactive in the care of his Student LoansThe fact that he ignored our requests for months - obviously made him delinquent with his Student LoansHe was also informed by the Dept of Education, as well as his loan servicing company regarding his delinquency.? On 2/24/Mr*** called our office to let us know that his Federal Tax return had been garnished, due to his student loans being delinquentHe requested a cancellation and FULL refundWe did our due diligence in providing the service he contracted us to complete, if he chose to ignore his responsibilities - that is completely his fault.? In spite of all of these facts, I agreed to refund him $enrollment fee (see screenshot below), because quiet frankly, I felt empathy and wanted to help him - not because? it was owed to him, nor deserving of itI then received this negative complaint of lies regarding the money he had paid and his demandsThe old saying, "A Good Deed Never Goes Unpunished" is quite true in this situation.? *** *** **

Idee did not deliver as promised, we refund 100%.?

Client charges we hurt his credit by points, and claims we caused him to defaultHe receives notice from us as well as his loan holder at the same email address since enrollmentClient was enrolled in February Approval for a successful consolidation and Income Based Repayment was completed days later on March 30th Client received a zero-dollar payment with eventual loan forgiveness, just as we promisedClient failed to respond to our calls and emails contacting him for his annual recertification on 02/12/which is only needed when circumstances change, which did in this case? Email opened receipts included) So we know the emails where opened and he failed to respondBelow is a copy of the notes from the first contact with client after he became PAST DUE ? Not DEFAULT as he claims) : General 08/*** *** Client called in, requesting cancellation Client was due for a recertification Sent email informing client of recertification, requesting for updated FSA information, which client opened the same day on 02/12/2016? Client's FedLoan account is linked to the same current address, phone number and email address on fileFedLoan's electronic mail of the recert/past due payments gets delivered to just*** Client never made the effort to contact 1file.org or Fedloan to provide the updated information needed to complete the recertification application Notified: *** ***

Mr*** enrolled with one of our Affiliates, USFFC - United States Freedom Financial Center on March 6th, (Signed Contract Attached)We are separate entities - we provide "back end" supportOur company, 1File.org provides document processing? services for individuals wishing to
consolidate student loans or enter into Income Driven Repayment plansMr***? signed a service agreement for the document services that we provideHe agreed to pay $enrollment fee split into payments of $eachFirst payment payable on 3/7/and the remaining payment on 4/17/The first payment was run, but came back as "Non Sufficient Funds"That is the reason he received the automated email making him aware the payment was declined and to call to make other payment arrangements? Mr*** never expressed wishes of cancelling our servicesWe never received a phone call, nor a written letter requesting a cancellationThe only thing we received on 4/4/was this short, nasty, and unprofessional email: "stop running my card you are a scam! I do not want your services!!!!"At which point, we gladly cancelled his file and sent him an email confirmation of cancellation.?
