We recited that the rules for cancelation are established by the banking commissions to protect any bank account holder. We instructed [redacted] of the fax number and apologized over her experience.
We have did not hear of any prior issues with the credit card machine “Sliding around” and do not know this would have happened. Not sure of the surface the equipment is being used on.
[redacted] will need to return the free equipment as per the contract.
We will issue her first monthly fee today by check via US mail.
