This company does not put their customer needs first Inability to document customer requests Slow response time to calls requesting to fix problems after the screen structure was built Inability to fix the problem and we (the customer) were left to find another contractor to repair the problem after failed attempts Should always ask for 100% confirmation that the work meets quality expectations before paying the company in full After we paid them it seemed we were an annoyance Would caution any future customers to ask many questions of this contractor before signing anything
they never call you back, they will promise, lie and hope they fix the problem but after they have your money - its all you get is promises in the wind. Their competitor will not even fix their screw ups.
