I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that...
this resolution is satisfactory to me. It is true that Liz [redacted], Litigation Manager, mailed us many many pages of amendments and procedures to our policy on October 28, 2016 along with a settlement check #554641 for $211.78 which we have not cashed. It appears that Liz was not aware that we had never renewed the policy and had went to a different company on August 19; 2016.December 16; 2016 we received check #555901 from 1st Auto for $392.35 which we have not cashed. December 29, 2016 we received a letter from 1st Auto insisting we cash check #554641 for $211.78 within 15 days. If we had cashed that check the second check (#555901 for $392.35) would have been void.If you have any questions please let us know.Darrell Walker [redacted]
