He contacted me on February 19th and told me he finally got his car back and was going back to work. He promised me that he would have my money to me in weeks. That would have been March 4th. I have not heard from him yet. He has been calling from a different number each time, not the number on his business cards. I am still waiting to hear from him

Review: Mr. G[redacted] came into my business ([redacted]) and approached me about doing a some advertising with him. I was hesitate, as the advertising I had done in the past did not work. He assured me that he offered 100% guarantee to get foot traffic of 40-80 customers in my door in a month's time. This was going to be phone advertising. They would be making calls. When the person answered the phone they would hear a recorded message advertising Curves, Ashland. I know these calls were done, because I received one at the club and a couple of my members said they had received it. The ad was to run Nov. 19th, 2015 - Dec. 10th, 2015. I paid Mr. G[redacted], $495.00 by 2 checks. I, again questioned the 100% guarantee, and was assured that if I did not have 40-80 customers come through my doors or phone for appointments, my money would be refunded. During that time, I did not receive ANY foot traffic from the ad. Mr. Goode called me after the 1st of the year to determine how the foot traffic was. He seemed surprised when I told him that I had not had any. I told him at that time that I would like for my $495.00 to be refunded to me, as per our agreement. He said he didn't have the money at the time but would be refunding it to me in the next 2 weeks. I told Mr. Goode that that would be fine, but I needed the money in order to repay the loan I got in order to pay him. He said he would have it. I have tried Mr. G[redacted] several times and have still not received the money. His phone is now not receiving calls and he sent a text saying that he didn't have it and his car was in the shop. I messaged him back and told him that I expected payment by February 8th or I would be contacting my lawyer. I still have not heard back from Mr. G[redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my $495.00 refunded to me!
