First let me start by saying the response by St call was totally falseLet me start by saying the new adjustment they sent me was not sent to me until after I told them I was not paying them for stuff they did not do and I mentioned that it was insurance fraudBefore that was mentioned they wanted the last check and my deductible which they tried to lower because I was telling them they did not do the work but the more I thought about it I thought why am I going to give somebody money if the work was not done They need to take a look at the adjustment they sent me there is a lot more on the second estimate that they did not do ( like the whole thing) he did not add they did no drywall or insulation upstairs at all they also got paid for a dump truck to haul away the debris which they did not doI had to rent a truck to get rid of the debris on the side of my houseIf they are being so honest why did I have to get rid of the debris while they want paid for itI am being nothing but honest I have nothing to hide its all in black and white in the estimate and pics I took and the text messages that were sentI will not pay for things that were not done I know the things that were not done and have no reason to lie about it1st call can say what they want they are trying to collect on something they did not doIf they were not trying to do so why did they send me an adjustment after I told them they did not do the work and that was insurance fraud when before that they were wanting my lowered deductible and the final checkThey only took a few things off the first time because I told them they did not do the work but they still wanted the check for the work they did not doIn closing my only thing is if they did this to me how many people have they done this to and the people did not know any differentI will pursue my avenues for insurance fraud on this business no matter what happens because I know that is what they tried I am sure they have done this more than onceI have already talked with my attorney and am going to seek avenues to make sure this happens to no one else

It is only out of respect to the Revdex.com that I write once again.Mr. [redacted] has slandered my business and is just trying to avoid paying his bill. I had the insurance adjuster with my crew, and the carrier provided the estimate from which we worked. They were at the house twice. If I was doing anything wrong, trust me when I tell you that the insurance company would have raised it, and I would not be in business if I did the things the customer accuses me of.We made adjustments to his bill in just in an attempt to resolve the matter. There is no way to deal with this man, and thus I will conclude by stating that my reputation is extremely important. I have been in business for quite some time, with all the major insurance companies hiring me for very important work—dealing with people who are in a crisis situation.I would ask that you put this matter in the “concluded” file. We are going to resolve this matter in court.

In response to the letter 1st call wrote it is not considered slander if it is all true. And yes they did give me an adjustment on my bill only when I told them it was insurance fraud if I paid them if they did not do the work. But before I told them that they were demanding the deductible and the final check. I even have text messages where I was trying to work with them and sent them pictures of stuff that was not finished and told them if they dropped the rest of the deductible I would give them the final check even with me knowing that they did not do the work. But I guess greed got in the way and they said no they wanted the reduced deductible and the final check. I sent this to my attorney who in turn seen all the messages and agreed that they are in the wrong I would post what they sent but I don't know how to download them off my phone onto my computer. They need to look at the text messages they sent and realize that when they sent me the new adjustment they agreed to paint my downstairs instead of my closet but on the adjustment they are trying to charge me 996.00 to paint my downstairs when they agreed to paint my downstairs instead of my closet so how does that work. You agree to do something and then back out and try and charge me for it later that shows a lack of integrity to me. I don't need to go on about this they are wrong. I think he thought he was going to get over on me and it did not work. All I can say is if he wants to take me to court go ahead the text messages and pictures say it all so GOOD LUCK !!!!
