1st Call Emergency Services

Very nice man when you actually speak to him, but I've waited over a month for my invoice and he is not responding to my texts or calls. I felt uncomfortable when his friend called him to tell me the damage caused was not a problem, but I was tired and accepted his services without argument. Yet he will not send me confirmation that he was ever at my house? He will only send me a text saying I am safe? I don't trust this company.
