I received a call from my wife in the middle of a busy morning informing me that there was water leaking through the light fixture in the kitchen ceilingI called [redacted] at 1st Call Exteriors and he rearranged his schedule to come over an inspect the roofHe found several areas where the shingles had come loose and needed to be reattached and sealedInstead of doing it then he said he would be back the next day to allow time for the water to evaporateThey came back the next day and handled everything as they said they wouldTheir honesty and promptness were amazing and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family that need exterior work completed on their homes or businesses

I was hit up by a company walking the neighborhood to do my roof I was not really "in the market" for a new roof, I thought I had just had it replaced less than three years prior Due to all of the hail and wind that we had experienced in the past couple years my roof was not in great shape I felt pressured into making a decision by the company that had done the initial estimate I was referred to 1st call by a good friend and decided to get a second opinion I am extremely happy with my choice to go with 1st Call! Working with [redacted] was a breath of fresh air! It's always worrisome when making a decision to go forward with such a big job but ***made the decision easy and the experience great They did great work, great cleanup, it was like they weren't even there (except for my nice new roof!) I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family for any exterior/roofing work!

We hired 1st Call Exteriors to replace our roof after we had some wind damage We interviewed several different local companies over several months, and couldn't find an honest company to work with The "used car salesman" roofers were enough to make you give up Through coincidence we found *** I wish we would have found him sooner, and not wasted so much of our time! [redacted] noticed some discrepancies in our insurance quote and worked directly with our adjuster to have them straightened out We were pleasantly surprised by the warranty and quality of products that 1st Call Exteriors used, not to mention their workmanship warranty! I have NEVER heard of a better one! Despite a few reschedules, [redacted] was very patient with us and didn't harass us when we didn't call him back immediately We had three layers of shingles on our home, and ***' team worked off their tails tearing it off I also appreciated the fact that the weather called for rain in the afternoon, so they only tore off what could be replaced before any rain came in, so our decking was always protected! 1st Call Exteriors recycled the several tons of shingles that they pulled off of the roof; no contribution to the landfill! [redacted] checked frequently on our roof to make sure everything was perfect, down to the flashing details, throughout the installation [redacted] cares so much about his customers that he has his phone on 24-in case there are any issues! When our beautiful roof was complete [redacted] detailed and submitted the remaining of the paperwork to our insurance company to close out our claim The overall experience was wonderful and we will hire 1st Call Exteriors for our next project! 1st Call Exteriors re-painted our house and our deck in Spring They did a very good job of prepping the surfaces prior to the painting and fixed several roof problem areas that could've developed into big problems down the road They took longer than many contractors, but we considered it time well spent for this large investment One strength was the amount of caulking they applied to split wood particularly on the deck beams before they began painting They also strengthened the buttressing of our deck rails and replaced worn wood sections We would recommend them to a friend or family member
