When 1st Call was contacted by Ms*** she was told her unit was incompatibleShe told us that she had another ac company to look at her unit, and then she call usComplaining that her unit was not compatible, due to another ac company diagnosticsThe equipment that this other ac company decided
to get her upset about was install by 1st Call year agoWe contractors all know that codes change as the one in-charge of making the changes see fitMs*** claim her Freon was low, and that was never the case1st Call initial diagnose was a stuck TXV, 1st Call fell like that was causing the unit not to work probablyShe complain about air-handler unit needed a disconnect boxPer the other ac company saying compatibility was her problemSo 1st Call install a disconnect panel and change out the TXV w/line filter and recharge her system with nine pounds of freon, All cost incurred was not under warranty.Unit work for about 8hrs of TXV change out1st Call came back to the home, and we diagnose to change out air-handler coilCoil and another new TXV and line filter was install under warranty, also system was recharge with Freon at NO COST to Ms***.Unit work for another 8hrs and started shutting down againShe was so upset with 1st Call, the tech receive a text asking him not to come back, and had been talking to another ac company, probably the one that told her that the reason she was having a problem because of being incompatibly.!st call made Ms*** a priority thru out our daily apptto service other schedule appt.We at 1st Call don't run in to client that we are not able to complete, or think that they were charge for warranty work.Most ac home owner don't understand how the warranty worksThey think their is no cost involved at all.!st Call fills our business practice was conducted orderly,

We don't mine giving this customer his money back at all. I have a text message asking him where would he like to meet so I can refund $200.00. This was on 8-27-2015. He never responded.
