I spoke with the owner on the phone and he hang up the phone on me after screaming on me I was willing to pay you $1500 just so I have my AC working aging. I trust your company how come a different technician came and fix the same problem you wanted $1500 in 1 hour and charge me $200 including TAX!!

invoice that was sent out by mistake, I sent customer an email and tried calling to explain and remedy the situation by offering to re-trouble shoot the problem at no cost and also voided the mistaken invoice. As a owner of the company, I have reprimanded the dispatcher and technician that was involved in this service call. I want to sincerely apologize for bad experience you had and hope you give us another chance to serve you. I would like to offer you free one year maintenance on your heating and AC system and I will personally do the maintenance my self.
