my boiler broke down and needed a replacementi called a company called, First Choice boiler and sewer corp located [redacted] **, to get a new boiler and installationthe job is a hours jobThey came over, measured the area where the boiler was and said we will bring a boiler the same sizethey came back with a boiler that was twice the sizewhen they came they all smelled like marijuana and when they came, they realized they could not fit itthey spend hours removing my old boiler while the new one was on the waythe new boiler did not come so they said its 11pm, we will come tomorrowthey came tomorrow at 6:am and worked on installing the new boiler which was still hugewhen I returned from work at 8pm they told me that they have no choice but to cut one of my cabinet and that they will fix it back and make it look like newwith disappointment, I said ok because we had no heat or hot waterthey stayed til 2am while there are infants in the housethe job was still not done and when I looked at the area, they broke my cabinet more than they said, they broke a big wall next to the boiler area, the took out bricks from my fire place and unbelievably cut a steal beam in half which we later found in the garbagethey begged that they will fix it allso I am very frustrated now with no hot water or heatthey came back the third day at 1pm which they shouldve been there at 7amthey were working on the installation while I was upstairs cleaningafter hours, my cousin, who lives with me comes home and found the plummers sleeping in my garage while the pipes are leaking oil and water!!!! He got very frustrated and told them to leave At this point we decided that we were going to call someone else to do the jobthe boss calls me and begs and begs to give him another chance and he will fix it allhe said my guys were on a big job and I hired these guys to do the jobhe said give me hours in the morning or the boiler is yours and you dont have to pay I had to take off from work and give him hourshis plummer comes and says this is all messed upyou have to give me hoursnow I am very frustrated and decided to agree because we have no heat and its coldthe plummer fixes thing and says ok I am told to collect half of the moneyso I gave him $which he leaves we found oil and water leaking all over againnow its the fourth day and someone else from the company comes and says oh these pipes are too small and I have to replace themso he leaves and comes back the next day and replaces themas he steps out of the house, hot burning water starts to shoot out of the boiler almost buring my son!!! so I run to get him backwhen he comes back, he stops it and says " you mustve done something"oh were we mad so he says sorryever since then everyday something new is leaking and everyday someone comes to fix it and its leaking againit smells like oil and the boiler is so loud that we cannot hear each other finally I called the boss and said I have little babies in the house and I am not comfortable with this job done or with the boiler since it is inside the house, therefore, I want my money back and take your boileri want you to pay me back and pay for the damageshe refuses to give me my money back or fix the damages they caused for free
