Our office had to reschedule their appointments due to our Doctor injuring his foot that he'd just received major surgery on and had a plate installed, our office called them to see if they could change the following appointment because x-rays determined he had in fact broken the plate in half, therefore was non weight-bearingWe apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused these patients but we are a small business with only one doctor so under the circumstances we were unfortunately forced to reschedule our entire calendar so our doctor could undergo the appropriate surgery to install new hardware into his footOur office manager had received a voicemail from the wife regarding the $payment and returned her phone call within hours, our office manager left a voicemail asking if they would like the money credited back to the card on file or if they would like to use it for a future visit with no return call for a couple of weeksOn August 17th our office received another phone call stating that they would like the money credited back so they were informed that our credit card processor takes 24-hours to complete a credit refund and was instructed that was not a problemOur office manager processed the credit refund that same evening and it went through with no problems on 8/17/at 6:PMI have attached a copy of the credit refund and hope to resolve this matterIf there was an issue with the card that it was credited to or somehow did not process completely through their financial establishment we would love the opportunity to make this right

On August 17th our office received another phone call stating that they would like the money credited back so they were informed that our credit card processor takes 24-48 hours to complete a credit refund and was instructed that was not a problem. Our office manager processed the credit refund that same evening and it went through with no problems on 8/17/2016 at 6:32 PM. I have attached a copy of the credit refund and hope to resolve this matter. If there was an issue with the card that it was credited to or somehow did not process completely through their financial establishment we would love the opportunity to make this right.
