Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I stated to MrC [redacted] over the phone several times over these past few weeks [redacted] whom which told me he worked for Corz Com at the time of his visit had flat out lied to me when he told me that "if I called him in a year he could lock my price back in to the same price as the first year." Which resulted in me being locked into contract with direct tv and them and I disagreeing over the second year price ultimately ending our relationshipDirectv then charged me $to cancel my contract which I never would have had would there have been proper paperwork provided to me by Mr [redacted] of which there was notHe wrote down our "contract" on a piece of notebook paper that I had to give him and said that was okMrC [redacted] has informed he has since been fired and that whatever Mr [redacted] did is out of his hands and not "not his problem" which in my opinion is highly unethicalI have contacted my lawyer and he has advised me not to provide ANYTHING to Cortz Com due to the fact if they are any kind of reasonable business any documents handled they should have a copy of Regards, [redacted]

Hello, I am responding to [redacted] complaint regarding a service plan charge he authorized I have contacted [redacted] at the provided phone number and reached a son or a family memberHe has advised me not to call there again as I tried to explain the service plan to himHe was very rude and hung upI have attempted to contact him in the past with no AnswerWe had responded to them through FacebookWe are in the process of updating our website that’s why it’s downAnd I am not sure what contact number they were trying to reach us at because he would not provide itI’ve attached a copy of his paperwork I respectfully request that this complaint is dismissed immediately

I am writing this in regards to a letter we received from you. The ID # is *** in regards to *** *** *** was set up with Directv service threw our authorized dealer by a independent contractor *** ***. Since that time *** contracting agreement
with Cortz Communications has been terminated. *** has contacted our office and my self multiple times in regards to this issueWhen I spoke with *** he sated that *** had told him to contact him after the first year price was up and he would help them lower it back down. This contradicts the statement that *** has submitted to you where he stated that his bill would remain the same. The paperwork we have on file for *** shows a first year price of $and second year price of $61.49. We have asked *** to submit the paperwork that he said *** left with himHe claimed that it showed one price but he has not submitted it. I advised *** that Cortz Communications has no control over pricing that is all set by DirectvIn addition any order submitted by an outside contractor the price is verified directly with the customer on the phone prior to installation. We stand by the fact that he was quoted the correct prices. Whatever agreement he mad with *** after the fact, he would need to contact *** about since he is not employed by Cortz Communications --Thank YouBradley DC***President of Cortzcom***

And I am not sure what contact number they were trying to reach us at because he would not provide it. I’ve attached a copy of his paperwork I respectfully request that this complaint is dismissed immediately.

Directv then charged me $203.18 to cancel my contract which I never would have had would there have been proper paperwork provided to me by Mr. [redacted] of which there was not. He wrote down our "contract" on a piece of notebook paper that I had to give him and said that was ok. Mr. C[redacted] has informed he has since been fired and that whatever Mr. [redacted] did is out of his hands and not "not his problem" which in my opinion is highly unethical. In reply to [redacted] Response he has clearly stated he knew their was a first year price and second year price from what he just said.  Witch directly contradicts his first statement.   Here is the paperwork attached  we have for him. Unless he can provide paper working showing different prices we ask this complain be closed. Any deals worked with [redacted] are separate from what he has agreed to with Cortz communications because [redacted] has never been an actual employee only a third party.  --Thank YouBradley D.
