I'm sorry for all of the trouble you have had with this order. We have tried every way we could to make this right for you...

but all the issues you were having with this delivery fall back on the manufacturer not the delivery. Our guys need to get paid for the work that they performed. My routing department has also informed me that they have tried to schedule another time for us to come by and try to give you your piece that is in our warehouse to no avail.
Again I apologize for any hardships you may have faced due to this. We as the delivery company have tried to do everything in our power to make this right.

I understand that they have to be paid for their services. The total amount of the delivery was $316.00. $86.00 was for the console that was delivered and the $230.00 was for a credenza that was NOT delivered. I am looking for a refund of my $230.00. As agreed upon with the furniture company, we no longer will be receiving that piece of furniture so I would like my refund for the delivery we did not receive. Please refund me my money for a delivery service I did not receive.
