word file that breaks down the timeline of what happened, however the original complaint left out many important details. I have the proposals and emails documenting the attempts to resolve the issues with the homeowners directly and with a lawyer friend they enlisted (who is not authorized to practice in NJ) to help them, if you need further support for my response. We are also in the process of going over our phone records to get a more accurate picture of the amount of time spent with the homeowner explaining what we were doing and why before this all went south.
