I was educated very thoroughly about the workings and benefits of the products, in contrast with other choices I could've madeI was kept well informed throughout the entire process (from quoting, ordering, beginning and inspections, etc) of what was going on, what needed to happen and in what time frame I could expect completionThere were a few complications that popped up (issues with central supports) and the gentlemen with First Choice kept me apprised and overcame the obstacles with minimal fuss
The entire production crew was extremely knowledgeable and capable with the work and with the productsThey were very respectful, quick and discreet and worked hard to make sure everything was done properly and in the right time frameThey even walked me through at the very end to show me all the features and what to expect

We recently had a patio enclosure built at our home. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to make improvements to their home. Everything was completed as promised, in a timely manner. The quality and workmanship was superior. Everyone that came to the home ranging from the carpenters to those pouring concrete were very professional, courteous, and always respected my property. Scott, the owner and project manager, was always available to me 24 hours a day, and cared about the job that was being performed at our home. Working with this company has been a very positive experience. We plan to use them again for bathroom remodeling in the very near future.
Had five windows replaced. Dan's team was very thorough, cleaned spaces when finished, explained operations to me, answered questions to satisfaction. I'm very pleased with their work and their product.. Definitely would recommend them to friends, etc. giving them a 10.
1/20/17 - 1st Choice remodeled two bathrooms in our home. They stuck with the contract price and delivered a high quality job, which any homeowner would be proud to have. They were on-time in the delivery of the finished product. The employees obviously knew what they were doing. They delivered what they said they would provide - on-time and on quote price. No surprises.
Our contract was to remodel a small bathroom(est 5-10days). Work involved was replace tub,new tile surround, new tile floor and shower curtain rod. Re-install vanity,sink and commode. Run new electrical for exhaust fan and GFCI receptacle which we had never had in the bath. Once a start date(Monday 5 Dec) was set Joe's crew always called about an hour before to let me know they were on the way. They rolled out painters drop cloths from the front door to the bath to protect our carpet. They showed up on time and cleaned up prior to leaving. Demo took a little longer than they planned due to the age of the home and type of materials behind the old tile. Once the old tub was out hidden drain damage was found(I had anticipated this because a temp fix had been done years earlier). This required a change order to include the added cost and created about another half day delay. Additionally the tub I had purchased was cracked there goes another half day to swap it out. They had hoped to be tiling on Monday the 12th but by Friday afternoon it didn't look like it would happen. John said he could come in Saturday if I didn't mind to finish the wall board and sealer so they could stay on track for tiling on Monday. I agreed and tiling began on Monday. High humidity slowed the drying time for the tile work and the sheetrock mud around the edges of the tub surround. Electrical was completed as planned. Final day of job was Monday 19Dec which was final sanding around tub surround and installing light fixture and vanity. Job took a little longer than expected but considering the pipe damage, cracked tub, and high humidity they handled the job in a very professional manner. The bath looks great!!
