The manager of this restaurant mentions there are signs placed. During our visit at the location in Banker's Hill, we did not see the sign by the registerIt was very crowdedWe also did not see a sign while we were in line.I am quite dissatisfied with the response that this manager gave.There should be much more clarity; similar as to how other restaurants who are adding on surcharges (i.e*** *** *n Carlsbad has clear signage).Also, as a second point, I find it unfair that customers who stand in line and place counter orders have to pay a surchargeThis restaurant is not a full-service restaurant with wait staff.I feel that this business is abusing the 'surcharge policy' that they have implemented.As a resolution, they should remove this surcharge and incorporate it into the prices (if they absolutely need to) since it is a 'counter order' establishment.If this does not happen, they should (at the very least) place more clear signage at every visible spot at 'eye height' about this excessive surchargeThis means at the front entrance, leading into the restaurantAlso by the register
