I like the way that Stephanie made the effort to get me financed and keep my payment lowShe was helpful and even months after I bought my car she still helped me when I called her to help me order a part and I would recommend buying a car from her

Rip off city here, I went to some known dealerships though not bad deals some a little highCame to this one they wanted more for the same cars with warranty and couldn't even answer have there questions about cars on the lot, I drove one hour from Denver to this location and others, glad I did not purchase here ended up back in Lakewood with a beautiful new ford mustang

This was a second vehicle that we have sold to the customer and is sad that there were so many misunderstandingsThe first vehicle we sold to her was in an accident and was in the process with the insurance to decide to total it or to fix itCustomer was tired of waiting for insurance and was certain the vehicle would be totaledShe was told by owner of 1st Choice Motors that she should wait to purchase the second vehicle because it may not be totaled out and she would be responsible for paymentsThe customer insisted on getting a new car because she needed transportation nowAfter the purchase of the 2nd car the insurance did indeed decide that the 1st vehicle was not a total loss so it was going to be repairedThe customer was upset and didn’t know how she was going to afford car payments and then started making accusations of how the deal was made In the end the dealership spoke with the financial company and it was decided by financial company that the contract should be purchased back by the dealerIt was purchased back immediately and the car was returned to the dealership by customerNo further contact has been made to customer by dealership or vice versa

There should be no stars with the dealership Dishonest, poor customer service, and make sure you have seen the title before you finish your paperwork So far we have had to get extension on temp tags because the former owner has not given the dealership the title because of a "death in the family" Car purchased in Feb and it now the end of May and still do not have title to get my plates months to get a title makes me wonder how legitimate this sale is SHADY!!!!!

The deal was a finance deal and title was given to lienholder and not directly to the customerCustomer was asked to bring the vehicle in to dealership so we could take to emissions or she could bring in the receipt and be reimbursedShe stated that the vehicle was not going to pass
emissions and it was explained to her that if it did not pass emissions she would still need to bring in the receipt showing failed so that it could be taken to the mechanic to be fixed by dealership

Most of the communication that was with the customer was done via emailWe set up a showing of the vehicle and the customers drove down from Eckert, COWhen they did arrive they test drove the vehicle and the husband looked it over really well because he
said they owned one beforeThey were provided with a Carfax for the vehicleInitially the customers and 1st Choice Motors could not agree on price for truck and their trade in so the customers left upset after their long driveThe office manager did call them back within 5-minutes after they left and let them know the owner was willing to reach an agreement on price with them and they came back to purchase the vehicle The customers purchased the *** and traded in their *** and signed paperwork before they leftThere was an email over the weekend sent to the dealership but I was out of the office and did not receive it for a few daysAs soon as I did receive it I called the wife and told her I was sorry for being out of the office but to please let me know where the vehicle was and what was wrong with itI also expressed to her that the repair shop should not perform any work on it until the warranty company was contacted and a claim submitted The husband authorized work to be completed without authorization of the warranty even though it customers had been advised to wait Warranty company did advise that repair shop never called to submit a claim as told to the customer and I let the customer know thatOn 8/customer emailed me in a friendly manner and stated that they were going to pursue the warranty company since it was a 3rd party not associated with the dealer After all was said and done the customer decided to cancel the warranty and the refund was sent directly to the finance company. As of today I was under the understanding that the customer’s issues had been resolved

The customer insisted on getting a new car because she needed transportation now. After the purchase of the 2nd car the insurance did indeed decide that the 1st vehicle was not a total loss so it was going to be repaired. The loan for Mr. [redacted] has been paid in full. The delay was in the agreement the customer had with the dealership on when it was going to be paid off. My office manager has contacted Mr. [redacted] to let him know the loan was paid of in full and he was thankful for that. As of today everything has...
