Attention to detail and an immaculate cleanup after the job! Our house looks better now than it did when it was brand new. A very big positive for us was their ability to think outside the box and offer ideas as to how to make our home look less like all the rest, We now have neighbors stopping by asking who painted the house.

We had 1st Choice Painting paint the outside of our house last spring (second home). Just came down for a vacation and saw the completed work. Excellent job - especially the prep work to repair cracks and stucco. House looks brand new! Would definitely use this business again.

1st Choice Painting did a fabulous job on our house here in Anthem. The estimate was quick and very reasonable. Ernie, the owner, scheduled the 4-day job on my desired days. Ernie was here the entire time and had up to 5 (extremely friendly and helpful) workers with him.

They first thoroughly pressure wash, then put on a strong sealer coat before the actual painting. They caulk every window and blemish and go the extra mile in all aspects. They use the highest quality paint. Their cleanup was impeccable.

I cannot recommend them more highly. Great vendor!

Finding a good painter is a bit like playing dice in Vegas! You rely on recommendations from friends and neighbors or from experience from a previous painter. Since most need their exterior homes painted but once every 7 - 8 years or so, it’s a big expense and even more a difficult task to find someone you can rely on and who will be there after the painters are gone. We settled on 1st Choice for a number of reasons! They honored a proposal that was done a year earlier. They had very good reviews! They've been in business for decades! A neighbor down the street used them and was very satisfied, so with all that, we contracted with them to do our home. We couldn't have been more pleased with the work. The crew was more than conscience. They were here every day and on time. Nicky came by frequently to check on the progress and ask question to make sure everything was to our liking and even showed up on a Sunday afternoon to do the same. Don't be in doubt when you deal with 1st Choice! Simply hire them and let them do what they are good at, painting!
