This storage facility is reasonably priced, if you can keep up with the contract changes that "corporate seeds to them" regularlyThe storage units need maintaining Doors that will not open correctly and stay open, inside lights in hall of climate control portion work some but not changed when bulbs are out, the climate control portion doesn't work half the time, This portion will be as humid and hot as an outside unit Accessing the inside units can be difficult They lock the entry door after a certian time at night, between 8-930, they reopen at 830am These doors are frequently locked during access times (business hours), you have to go to office to get the personnel to unlock them, If you go when they are "out" (lunch, bank runs, errands etc) you can't access your unit The staff members are the most unprofessionl individuals I have ever metI asked for a letter that was sent regarding a change in charges, I had not received the letter, they refused to give a copy They stated it was probably lost in the mail and that the copy was in the mangers Office and she would not go make a copy If paying by check, if the check number in the top corner is torn they will literally wad the check and throw it stating the check reader will not read the check While trying to leave a letter regarding questionable charges for the manager, the assistant manager threw the letter out the door and locked it, put her hands in the drop slot so the letter could not be placed in the slot I was told I had to bring the letter to the manager after I had a storage unit for years After this incident along with the detoriation of the facility I will be evaluating the status of my unit
