Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: FACTSYou REFUSED ME SERVICE UNLESS I APOLOGIZED TO YOU Abandoned my Vehicle in empty lot and Threaten to Charge Fees and Sale of my Car You put my entire transmission in Boxes and trunk of my carLied about location of your shop, leading us to believe you were in Pierce CountyBecause of you I paid out $in estimates and towing You never even gave me tow receipt you so I could reimburse through my insurance I No longer need to address this with you or waste Revdex.com time for everyone that reads this complaint will know enough to look into your business themselves which is all I needed to do, make sure other Consumers Don't go what I went through Sincerely, [redacted]

To make a long story shortHe left his vehicle sitting there for monthsWe did not charge him any storage fees at allHe could not come up with all the money for the repairHe elected to back out of half of the repairWe did not charge him any storage fees for all this time with anybody else would haveWe let him back out of half of the repair when no one else would do thatWe did make the engine Miss go awayHe did know that the wrong spark plugs had been put in by the previous people he had work on the carAnd yet in his complaint to you he makes it sound like we did something wrongThis makes him a liar because he was told that the wrong plugs were in thereWe did make the engine Miss go awayHis girlfriend called and was very rude to us and said that our ad was deceptiveWe gave him another two weeks to pay the $and he did not have to complete payment of the half repair that he wantedHe was told that he needed a new battery and he elected to pick it up anyway and was told to take it straight to the battery shop but instead he went to McDonald's and stop and it would not start and expected us to come running and help himWhen we got to the scene we had to put another battery in to get it started but it was smoking real bad and idling with a knocking sound coming from the engineWe told him that that was not from anything that we had done to the car and that is what happens when you don't let a shop that's working on it finish the work that they started because you just wanted to come pick it upWe told him that there would be a charge for the towWe took the car back to the shop and just because the next day we still did not know what was wrong because we had not had time to diagnose it he was very rude and said he was coming to pick up his car and was sending all kinds of rude and threatening textsWhen he showed up the next day he brought his mother and a mechanic and a couple of friendsProbably even the very mechanic the put the wrong spark plugs in there to start withHis mother was nice enough to let me explain to her everything that have been going on during the four months that the call was thereShe at this point realize that her son had in fact lied to her about the whole situation and then attempt to get money backAfter his mother heard the whole story she stepped out with her son outside and came back in minutes later and was being very nice to me and shook my hand and said that she trusted me and would like for me to continue with diagnosing what was going on with her car and to take all the time that I needed and to contact only her and that her son was going to stay out of it since he cannot control his emotions and feel the need to lie when he can't get his wayThe car is presently at the shop here today 2/5/and we are still in the middle of finding out what is going onThis alone should prove that he made a frivolous and lying complaint to you the Revdex.comIf we were in fact in the wrong or bad guys his mother would not have elected to leave the car with usThis is actually a very long story what all has transpired over the past four months so if you need any more details feel free to call me and get ready to be shocked as to all the games that this guy has playedSmearing our name with a complaint is a pretty bad thing and we hope that you will not hold this against us being as how we have done nothing wrong to this young man

I am rejecting this response because: This claim is for transmission shop called Precision Transmission in Everett on Rucker Ave, one of their many locations. When my husband originally contacted company the company was called Superior Transmission but when my car parts were picked up at the shop in Everett after getting my Acura from empty/vacant lot the name of company read Precision Transmission. I was informed name of company that uses the business number I was in contact with is First Choice. My Acura MDX was towed form Atransmission in Lakewood to Rucker Ave in Everett. If the number listed for this business is correct then so is this claimI have recorded calls and tests that I can submit if owner wishes to review his phone conversations with me and text made to my husband proving my claim. I was treated unprofessionally and my car held hostage and not properly stored while in his possession and again he refused me service, pulled my engine into pieces and put it in box and did not ever provide me written estimate which I paid for and was my reason for contacting him. I was 100% shocked to be treated so rudely by business owner I was seeking help from.

When a repair is declined, we ask for cash and have the right to ask for cash There were no storage fees charged

I do not have a clue who this is because they are not stating the name of the customer that is on the repair order or the year and make of the vehicleI cannot respond to a complaint when I don't know who it is let alone everything being said in there has not transpired here

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Bill W[redacted] likes to make accusations and false claims such as me backing out of a repair when in fact I already agreed to paying but was trying to see about setting up an arrangement for the rest and now He lied to my mom who is actually quite intelligent and is on my side knows how this guy is very sketchy and there are reviews from other customers and not just me who has had a bad experience. Now he told me if I paid for the specific repairs then my car wil be able to run and drive and now since I got my car back he charge me for a tow that should have been free and I didn't agree to of 130 that I want to get back as well. Who would pay for a partial repair? Like he told me to pay that amount and my car will be fine and now my battery is gone and my car faceplate to the stereo is missing too. I contacted other mechanics who also said I got ripped off and charged way to much money for a problem that wasn't not even addressed. Also a diagnostic doesn't take a week either when he is posting on craigslist everyday for more work and claiming that a major diagnostic takes 2-3 days at max which I have proof.
