[redacted] was not suppose to have non stop flights The Air itinerary was given to her when she paid her deposit way before the Attached Final Travel Documents were given in March If your itinerary that you were given months before your trip show the flight times and connections, why would she think it should have been anything different than what she agreed to Her itinerary states that there was a connection each way In my opinion [redacted] does not seem to live a reality experience I am not sure if there is something going on with her medically or not It appears that [redacted] does not like to read what she pays for and when she finally has to read or pay for something she had the information to, but didn't read, she wants others to pay I am not paying for [redacted] 's Resort fee for Vegas She has to take that up with [redacted] I no longer wish to go back and forth with this situation [redacted] seems to be using the Revdex.com to get something she is not entitled to I have never in over years had any issue like this I wish Ms [redacted] the best of luck in the future when making travel plans with another travel consultant

*** originally made this reservation over the phone for people, herself, *** *** and her sister *** ***(See the Feb 23-attachment above) *** paid fro hers and *** ***, but not ***'s She said that she would speak to *** about paying hers
herself I also suggested travel insurance for all and I explained the benefits over the phone *** and *** both told me they wanted to buy the travel insurance and I took the credit card information and sent them the policyWhen I kept calling *** stating that the final payment was due, she soon called me and said that her and *** were paid up and *** is no longer going , so just take her off the reservation I explained to her that the travel supplier will take her off the reservation, but now the price would change from triple occupancy to double and they will charge a cancellation penalty of $for *** *** was very upset about this *** constantly called me screaming and telling me I better get the travel supplier to not charge the penalty, but I told her I had called them several times to no avail *** would not accept this Eventually ***'s sisters just paid the fee to eliminate ***'s frustrations On March 18, I called *** and let her know her sisters had paid the $penalty and everything is paid in full and I would send her Final Travel DocumentsOn march 23, I emailed her the attached final Travel Documents(See attachment above called *** *** Final Travel Documents sent to her on 3/23/17)I'm stating this information to show fro some reason it has been difficult to communicate do business with *** *** she is always very rude and nasty when she calls me about anything she doesn't agree with.*** keeps saying they were unaware of the Resort Fee, but I put the resort fee in every correspondence over the phone, via email and in her Final Travel Documents she took with her I cannot be held responsible for the fees that a hotel charges her *** was well aware of these fees and she has to take that up with the hotel.I have attached *** *** and my correspondence starting from February 8, 2017, when I was just giving her quotes for this trip As you can see I always stated in the email that the Las Vegas hotel charged Resort fees, that are collected by the hotel at the hotel I have attached correspondence for February 10, where she replied to my email and corrected me on the spelling of her name I attached a February 23- 24, email that she replied to that also shows I had the details about the resort fee In the February 10, email you will see that I let her know that I put in the comments section of her reservation for the request of queen beds I had already told her in the phone conversation that if I booked the Run of House room, which had the lowest rate and that it would not guarantee the queen beds, but I would put the request in the comments sectionI told her this would not guarantee the request, but they can also request it when they get to the hotel and as long as it is available the hotel would accommodate them I have attached our correspondence on February 23, 2107, where she sent a photo I asked for because I wanted to create a special flier for her birthday since had also stated over the phone that she would like to know about shows that were available and she had other family members that may want to attend this trip I did not charge her for this, but clearly you can see on the flier I created that the Resort Fee is stated I never told or stated in any email or phone conversation that she would get a Bottle of champagne paid for by me As far as the show tickets, *** asked about information on different shows and I sent her information on show tickets in the flier I created(See the February 23-attachment above) *** never paid me for any show tickets She stated that her sisters came at a later date when they booked their trip on their own and had a better room I have no control over the rates and rooms others book on their own through websites, hotels or through other travel companies
