Since Friday 8-4-17, I did speak with home owner ***, we did come out to the home to look at the window and we were able to work out the problem at handTurns out the window had a tiny piece of paper between the panes of glass, [redacted] did not want to replace the window and everything has been worked out

The paper that was lodged between the two pieces of glass has fallen to the bottom, so I chose to not have the window replaced since it was no longer in my sight line. 1st Choice Window has really stepped up to the plate to get this corrected, which I very much appreciate.
