I am rejecting this response because: as I said previously the *** extended warranty only covered $2,of the $2,bill for the transmissionI feel 1st class auto should reimburse me at least the 10% that they're dealer warranty would of covered had they not gave me the run aroundThe transmission broke while still underror dealers warranty and they basically told me they would not fix it because I purchased the extended warrantyAnd then proceededicated to ignore my phone calls and gave me the run aroundAnd basically said you bought a used car suckered it upVery rudeAlso on top of the transmission they sold me a vehicle with a radiator that haa holes in it and hole sealer was used to hide itAs well as the driver side window broke and the Said they fixed it however they glued itAnd weeks later it caused the window to shatterThey have ignored my calls about this to1st class auto is a horrible business and if they do not at least pay me the % I feel is owed to for the transmission had they not ignored me during my attempt to have it fixed while it was still covered under the dealer warrantyI will have no choice but to contact the state consumer ethics board and seek further legal avenues for the entire amounts for all mechanical issues that were cause by the dealerships lame attempt at cutting corners to save money which cause injury when the window shatteredThis vehicle used or not should not have been sold in the condition it was in with the rigged repairs which can be considered as bad as using duct tape to hold things together
I also want it known that this dealership should not be trustedUpon looking up this vehicle there are also recalls that have not been addressedThey sold a vehicle under recall and did not divulge this informationAgain I'm willing to forgive and forget everything else if I receive the 10% of the $that was not covered by the *** extended warranty .

Dear **. [redacted]In reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Transmission repair was completed and paid for from [redacted] extended warranty,1st Class Auto Sales Inc. was not responsible for the repairs.Sincerely,

The car over heated if it was drove 30 minutes going 70 mph. I took it to them missed work and they repo it after being a day late. I bought a car from this car lot on July 31, 2015 and today is August 3, 2015. I have had it a little over a week. On Sunday the car overheated on me going to work. I called Monday morning and they made me bring it in to them which resulted in me being 4 hours late for work. Everyday after that it over heated on me. I called everyday they were open. I had the sales man personal number and spoke with him daily as to get me in something else or have them fix what was wrong. I am at work on August 3, 2015 and go to my car and they are repoing it. Keep in mind it is not on the truck yet so I open the door and crawl through to get my wallet and everything out of the passenger side and the repo agent goes to his truck and hooks up to the car and lifts it. As he drives off he drops the car off the truck. I called the owner and spoke with her and she would not give me any information on why my car was being repoed after one day of being late. I still have only had it for 9 days. I want my money back that I put down on a vehicle that has not ran except on the day I bought it. Desired SettlementI either want a diffrent vehicle that runs properly or my money back so I can get one at a different car lot.

wrongfully repossession Jan.2015 me and my husband purchase an 2004 Cadillac escalade from 1st class auto sales in [redacted]. Sunday Jan. 3,2015 I woke up at 7:30 am to see someone stealing our tuck I thought, but it was a repo man stealing it. My husband goes outside to what the problem was, the repo guy said he was only doing his job. Jan. 4 2016 we call 1st class auto to see what was going on. [redacted] the manger claims we were 2 months behind but couldn't tell us what two months we were behind. But the week before that [redacted] calls me and tells me to have an payment in before Saturday Jan. 2, 2016. Never once did he say that you are 2mnths behind on anything he just said it will be a 20 late fee. Now that is referring to a third payment I received in Dec.2015. The contract required me to make payments bi weekly but If you get paid extra they want a payment then as well. Now keep in mind never once have they offered to work something out with us to get our truck back. Jan. 5,2016 my husband calls and talks to [redacted] trying to figure out what 2mnths we were behind she puts him on hold then told him to call back in 30 minutes so they can fax her the papers. Maybe an hour or 2 later he calls back to ask the same question. She tells him that I go paid twice in May of 2015 and we are 500.00 dollas behind. In May of 2015 I only got paid twice and I have check stubs to prove it. But if were 500.00 dollars behind from May 2015 why are they just now repossing our truck Jan. 3, 2015. Now when we first made payments in Jan. 2015 I made two payments of my debit card. Then they call before the next payment was due to tell us that they no longer can receive payments off my card and that it had to be paid in cash or by money order. Keep in mind we have copies of every money order receipts from the time we first start paying with them of Jan. 2015 until Dec.2015 the last payment. All together the money we paid down and the monthly payments we made we paid in 6700 dollars, that's not including all the repair work we had to do on the truck. We put in new head lights interior lights 4 new tires new front in aliments 4 new rotars new front and back brakes new lug nuts new side left mirrow new starter new powering stearing pump new water pump all new pulleys new break light switch new and new fog lights.Desired SettlementRefund Business Response I am in receipt of your letter dated January 7, 2016 regrading the case. The customer was told repeatedly they were behind in their car payments. They were biweekly payer but could not understand that some months they has 3 payment due, we explained over and over they were not semi-monthly but biweekly. As far as repairs to their vehicle ie, headlights, tires, etc. this is a used vehical and was purchased as is.we will be taking this case to XXXXXXX.sincerely,XXXXXManager

My name is [redacted] and I bought a car from this shady car dealership called [redacted] Well I haven't had the car even a month yet so as soon as I took the car to get an oil change which was a few days after having the car the check engine light comes on. Okay so I asked a relative what it meant they told me to have my transmission checked. I called the dealership and was told to go to their mechanic and I did so just for their mechanic to tell me he didn't have the tools to run a diagnostic test. So he told me to go to gateway tires and they would run the test and I did just that. Just then it was confirmed at gateway it was indeed the transmission. So I called the dealer and explained to him what I was just told and he says well you bought the car "AS IS" that's understandable, but I was also told as is or not that I have thirty days and if anything shall have happened within the thirty days they were to correct the problem. With an attitude he tells me well go to [redacted] transmission shop and have them give him a call. Tuesday I dropped the car off and later that day I gave the transmission shop a call to check on the car and I was told i'll need to replace a few things inside the transmission which would run me about $1850-$2800. As soon as I got off the phone with them I called the dealership so i'm trying to get a better understanding so i'm asking questions and I get to a point to were he couldn't answer so he hangs up in my face. I have put down $1800.00 already and i'm paying a 170.00 every two weeks which a month is 340.00 by the time I get done paying them I will have paid them 13,000 which includes the down payment. I need help getting justice because I feel i'm being cheated because he also says if the problem would've occurred three days after leaving the lot they would've fixed the problem. They won't put me in something safer or give me my money back. I really need help because this is my only transportation to work and home.Product_Or_Service: 2006 dodge magnum R/TDesired SettlementEither he can give me the money back a percentage of it or just put me in something that isn't as dangerous.Business Response 1st Class Auto Sales sells all their vehicles as is. This customer didn't complain of a problem until weeks after she purchased the vehicle. When she called she was rude and screaming so we had no choice but to hang up the phone. Ms. [redacted] signed an as is warranty and it was explained to her at the time of the sale that she was purchasing this vehicle as is. We tell every customer that they are welcome to bring a mechanic with them to test drive the vehicle and check it out before they purchase it. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I do not accept this response due to it being lies. I called well before weeks later informing them of what another mechanic has told me. They didn't do much of anything but send me to another mechanic. Not only that I wasn't ever told about this absurd three day ordeal until I complained about my issue. My mother also informed them of an issue with the car before purchasing it and wasn't corrected although she was told it would be fixed. If you patch a used vehicle up well enough it wouldn't fall apart in three days but it held up til the end of that week. Rude I was not but it's ignorant to tell somebody one thing and write another. I feel the screwed me out of $1800.00 for a piece of trash that didn't last well over two weeks.

Review: 2 weeks into owning vehicle the transmission went. They gave me the run around until vehicle wad out of they're 30 day warranty. I ended up taking vehicle to [redacted]. The bill was $2814.00 I have faxed them a copy and have not heard back. I want then to honor they're warranty and pay me the 10% for parts and labor. I have tried contacting them 5 times with no call back or they say the manager or owner is not available.Desired Settlement: Cover the 10% of what they're warranty is which is 10% of $2814.00 which comes to

$281.40

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: as I said previously the [redacted] extended warranty only covered $2,000 of the $2,800 bill for the transmission. I feel 1st class auto should reimburse me at least the 10% that they're dealer warranty would of covered had they not gave me the run around. The transmission broke while still underror dealers warranty and they basically told me they would not fix it because I purchased the extended warranty. And then proceededicated to ignore my phone calls and gave me the run around. And basically said you bought a used car suckered it up. Very rude. Also on top of the transmission they sold me a vehicle with a radiator that haa holes in it and hole sealer was used to hide it. As well as the driver side window broke and the Said they fixed it however they glued it. And 2 weeks later it caused the window to shatter. They have ignored my calls about this to. 1st class auto is a horrible business and if they do not at least pay me the % 10 I feel is owed to for the transmission had they not ignored me during my attempt to have it fixed while it was still covered under the dealer warranty. I will have no choice but to contact the state consumer ethics board and seek further legal avenues for the entire amounts for all mechanical issues that were cause by the dealerships lame attempt at cutting corners to save money which cause injury when the window shattered. This vehicle used or not should not have been sold in the condition it was in with the rigged repairs which can be considered as bad as using duct tape to hold things together.

I also want it known that this dealership should not be trusted. Upon looking up this vehicle there are also recalls that have not been addressed. They sold a vehicle under recall and did not divulge this information. Again I'm willing to forgive and forget everything else if I receive the 10% of the $800 that was not covered by the [redacted] extended warranty .

Review: I purchased an 2004 [redacted] on December 23 with an as-is warranty with the intention it was running good. The only known problem that was revealed was that oil pressure light was on. I was reassured by the dealer that there was indeed oil pressure in the engine. The next day it would not start and the check engine light came on. I parked the car for the following three days prior to my scheduled appointment at Audi. They ran the codes but suggested to take it to a private auto shop for a discounted rate. Then I took it [redacted] on [redacted] for an oil change, where I found out that the current oil was the wrong weight. I was also confused about the explanation of the oil pressure light and had a newly purchased oil pressure sensor installed. Also the recent replacement of the bushings was not installed properly and was missing a screw and the rear brakes were needed to be replaced (1st class auto claimed to have replaced all brakes), and a screw in the new tires. I then took it to the suggested foreign car auto shop, [redacted]'s located on [redacted], the car was diagnosed with multiple misfires in all cylinders, head gasket leaks, engine wrapping, and engine is at the brink of blow up. The mechanic did not want to risk even test driving it down the street. I contacted 1st Class Auto for a resolution but did not want to cooperate. I thought when I signed the car as-is, the car would at least been in a driveable condition, not a piece of junk. Today, one week after the car was purchased, it is currently undriveable.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the purchased vehicle of 8,800 plus the costs of all attempted repairs.

Review: I bought a 1998 Ford Mustang GT from them on Thurday March 21, 2013. At this time I did not know the odomater was broken, as I was driving to work after I had bought the car, I noticed the miles were not moving on it. I called the company where in which I bought it from and they would see what they could do.Desired Settlement: I would like my down money back, and my loan cancled. I do not know how many real miles are on this car. So I would like them to give me my money back, and take care of the loan I had to take out on the car.
