1st Class Tow

To start off A&M Enterprises is the management company of the apartments where *** lives. A&M authorized us to tow the dodge neon because there was no visible registration on the vehicle. Part of A&M enterprises lease agreement is that all vehicles must have
current registration or they are not allowed to be parked on the property. Every old tenant and new tenants have been informed verbally and by email by the management multiply times. The property also has signs for towing of vehicles. Unfortunately Mr*** did not have a license plate or any type of paper registration on his vehicle. Our drivers always check and take pictures of the vehicle before towing them. The pictures are the proof we need if we ever have to go to court. We also contacted the police department immediately to notify them of the tow. The Police where contacted at exactly 9:pm the dispatchers Id# is T122. The vehicle was not wrongfully towed and we will not be reimbursing Mr***

Hi Bertha It is an unfortunate situation for Mr *** that his vehicle was impounded. Mr ***’s vehicle was impounded on January 13, and on January 15th or 16th he contacted us about the car and we gave him the total fees to pick up the vehicleOn January 18, we put a
lien on the vehicle. At this point we had not heard from him again until February 22nd and the 23rd unfortunately for him his lien sale date was February 20, and we sold the vehicle on February 21, 2018. At this point he was pissed off and started harassing us cursing at us and stating he wanted his car his stuff. We tried to explain to him we sold the car but that didn’t matter to him. From that point on he started crank calling us every morning. Literally call after call causing our phone lines to be busy to the point we could not run our business. During these calls if we answered he would threaten to cause harm to our business our trucks and also physical harm to us. Original he was not blocking his number when calling so we blocked his number so he started calling us blocked. At this point we where unable to Block his calls so we filed a police report on him. The officers contacted him and he put he blame on his son either way they kept calling us. AT&T finally helped us to block all calls that come in blocked but by doing this it still causes us to lose business. At least we don’t have to deal with his crank calls. I will also attach a few screen shots of how many times he calls We never told him he can’t come get his personal and legal property. He never attempted to get his stuff after the first time we talked to him. He only attempted after we had already sold the car, at that point we didn’t have possession of his vehicle. His lien package that he received had the date of sale and he waited till after to try and get his stuff.
