Every person I have ever interacted with at FCNMHP has been wonderful! They are all so helpful, knowledgeable, and caring From the front office staff to the call center to the vet techs to the vets, I have not had a bad experience dealing with anyone associated with this organization My family took in a stray cat who was pregnant and then had a second litter before we could get her fixed, so I've spent quite a bit of time at their office getting all eight of these animals taken care of We've never had any complications from the surgeries and all the staff seems happy to answer all our questions and also listen when we tell them about our pets Their excellent service makes me feel comfortable trusting my pets with them because I know they will take good care of them because they all clearly love animals just like we do I'm posting this review across every site I can because everyone needs to know how great this place is, especially since lousy service has become so common, but FCNMHP serves as a shining example of what customer service should be
