Rob failed to poor my patio floor in accordance to what we discussed, and to standard specs.he did not leave a drip edge around the outer perimeter of my existing foundation even after I reminded him and his crew to do sohe also left a 1" hump on a section of the patio that looks terrible.not only did he not form it for a drip edge,he also did not set the form high enough on one end of the patio leaving the concrete only 1/2" thick.he also did not poor against the house at the proper height

because it was our fault I would have no problem providing those. In the concrete industry those things will happen from time to time. I absolutely poured his floor to his specifications in fact he stood there and watched us the entire time we worked from start to finish and directed (big mistake). The one inch rise in the middle of his patio is absolutely within code and I asked him to get a County Inspector out to tell me that it was not. If you could provide that I would comply with whatever the County Inspector said. Patio absolutely has a 1 & a half inch drip edge which is standard however while he was standing there watching us we asked him if he wanted it larger he told my employee Eric no and that the standard drip edge would do. When we were completed he paid without any problem however he told my employee Brian W[redacted] after I had left that he thought he made a mistake on the width of the drip edge? Now he wants us to fix his mistake that I do have a problem with and I Will Stand My Ground. As far as the thickness of the concrete on the edge of the patio. Mr [redacted] had already done masonry work that we had to work with. That masonry work was too high on the Outer Edge and we had no choice in order to give him pitch so that water would run off to make it two and a half inches.mr [redacted] failed to get a County permit or an inspection. This is why his masonry work was screwed up and now he will not provide a County Inspector to look things over?
