1/18/18 Telephone response obtained from the company as follows:  The company stated they did attempt to reach out to the consumer, they left a voicemail for the spouse yesterday. The company stated they have responded to the consumer every time they have called and they have been...

out to fix the issue 3 times. The company stated the consumer's keep losing power and each time this happens, the timers are no longer set. The company stated they did show the spouse how to re-set the timers. The company stated they are willing to go out and replace the timer, the photocell and the transformer because it is under warranty but still believe the issue is with the power outages. The company stated they can come out when the weather is a little warmer because they would have to dig the wires up and the ground can't be frozen. The company stated regarding the patio color, they installed the color that the consumer chose.
