It was very clear to both parties that you still owed money and you neglected to pay them. No matter where you purchase a vehicle... from if you do not pay ALL of the money owed the vehicle will be repossessed. You had 2 months to bring in the money and you failed to do so therefore the vehicle was repossessed. We will not give you any money back nor your ridiculous request for an inconvenience fee for taking back a vehicle you did not finish paying for. I'm sorry we are not in the business of giving away cars. As per the paperwork you signed you could of had your vehicle back after paying all monies owed as well as the repo fee. Because I contacted the BBB. I spoke to [redacted] and another associate May 14, 2016.After I made the complaint, they were willing to charge me [redacted] more to give me my vehicle. I paid on April 28, 2016, my vehicle was there on the side of the building with my plates. I went back on April 29, 2016 to get some papers above the visors, they gave me my belongings and my plates in a plastic bag. They told me they had to put it away, for insurance purposes, after I had already seen it on the lot. The told me I could have it back by Monday May 16, 2016.They told me that day, they were working on getting it back. On May 17, 2016 they said when I contacted them, they were still working on it? Now today, May 18, 2016 they are saying they can not honor that contract, because I contacted the BBB? They are trying to only give my [redacted] and not the full amount of what I paid and they sold the vehicle the day after my payment? The associate they are saying NO longer works there and should have never taking my payment, but the car was on the lot when I made that payment? They took my car because they were trying to get DOUBLE the amount I paid. I guess they figured I should of never gotten the vehicle for that price. So they are trying to get over on me. Everyone is blaming someone else, and I should not be held responsible because they are not communicating with one another. They main person I spoke too, through all of this was named ***. He quoted [redacted] and after I was told they sold my vehicle they added on another [redacted] Now that they found out I made a complaint, they will not honor our agreement. Now mind you, NO ONE contacted me on anything about them coming to get my car? About me being at risk of losing my car? Yet I contacted [redacted] every other week. Why was not any thing said at that time. Even after I paid and when I picked up my belongings and said I will see you in two weeks for my vehicle, they said, "Everything was fine", they knew they were going to try and get me! Even after they agreed they agreed to return my vehicle for a extra [redacted] making it NOW [redacted] they are telling me they sold it and could get it back. Now that I contact you, the BBB they are saying SCREW ME all the way around. I want a refund, an inconvenience fee, or just my vehicle! How can they sell a vehicle that is already paid for in cash, by me over a misunderstanding? Your situation is really unfortunate to say the least but it is in no way our faultYour car was stolen and not by us so why would we give you your money back or a new carThe problem was you leaving the title in the car which is what is

First and Foremost we did not ILLEGALLY Repossess your carWe have a signed Right Of Repossession by YOU stating that if you fail to make your monthly payments we have the right to repossess the vehicleThat along with your payment history
showing you neglecting your financial responsibility is all the proof we needIf the vehicle is repossessed you would have to pay the remaining balance owed as well as the repossession fee in order to get the vehicle back
You owed us *** at the time the vehicle was repossessed all of which should have been paid off months earlierWhat you failed to understand is that bringing in *** when your payment was *** would make you *** behind which would roll over to the next month and make you next payment *** then when you would fail to make that payment and only bring in *** you are now behind *** going into the next monthOut of the payments you made only of them were for the agreed payment amount.....which with the rollover balances didn't even bring you currentYou were SO FAR BEHIND! We do not like repossessing vehicles or having to respond to these ridiculous complaints when people fail to make their payments as they promisedIf you paid for your vehicle the way you agreed too this would of never happened

if you failed to pay for it.....Taking something and not paying for it is called stealing.
