[redacted] To whom it regards,-The letter is from the owner-The letter from Revdex.com was dated May 27th, The letter asks to respond within days, however the letter was received by the owner on June 11, and responding on the same day.In regards to the room remedy, it's assumed that the complaint also contacted ***.Upon receiving a fax from [redacted] on May 31st, the matter was taken care of the same dayAll of documentation of remedy process was sent to [redacted] on June 2nd via postal mail.As for the refund process, $was credited back out of $56, with $kept for the cleaning fee.The property is willing to charge back the $in disputeHowever, the time the letter is being sent is Saturday (June 11), so the property will process the $refund on the following Monday (June 13).Please note, the credit-back process could take a few business days post-refund procedure.Best regards,
