1st Light Trading

Review: Hello, I am writing you to place a complaint about 1st Light Trading, LLC. On the date of 1/29/14 we ([redacted]) paid 1st Light Trading $4,500 as a deposit for the first half of payments for 600 Queen Honey Bees. In all the Queens cost $9,000, 1st Light Trading requested all money up front, but in good faith we said that we would like to place the first half of the payment upfront, and pay the remainder once the Queens have been received by [redacted]. This was not a problem for 1st Light Trading. Once the first half of the payment was complete, and it was time to collect our Queens, all we received from 1st Light Trading was push back on how they could not produce enough queens for us and that we would have to wait an extra week. This persisted for two months until we realized we would not be receiving any Queens from 1st Light Trading. 1st Light Trading refuses to refund our money for the Queens they never delivered and promised. It is now apparent that 1st Light Trading was never going to deliver on the Queen Bees they promised, and this company is a scam. [redacted]Desired Settlement: We would like to receive a full refund of our $4,500.

This complaint is filed by a disgrunteled customer through no fault of his own. Though his assesment of blame is in the wrong direction, Earlier in the year we acted as a broker for [redacted] Pollinaton in there annual Queen Sales. We where simply the agent of record [redacted] recieved their funds and chose not to fullfll there obligation. We have repeated this informaton to the customer on several occasions as well as on the phone yet he still refuses to comply with attempting to get his money from the people that owe him. THIS CUSTOMER CAME TO THE PRODUCTION FACILITY, BELIGERENT AND RANTING FRIGHTENED ALL EMPLOYEES ON HAND AND PROCEEDED TO START GOING IN THE NEIGHBORNG ESTABLISHMENTS RANTING, I AM HOPNG HE READS THIS MESSAGE. pLEASE DO NOT SET FOOt ON OUR PROPERTY AGAIN OR WE WILL BE FORCED TO CALL LAW ENFORCMENT, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME.

Business states that they brokered many deals for [redacted]. [redacted] failed to deliver product to consumer. payment was given to [redacted]. Business states that they did not fail to provide consumer with delivery as it was [redacted]'s responsibility and not 1stLlight Trading. Please contact [redacted] for any further inquiries into the $4,500 refund.

I am rejecting this response because:1st light trading cashed the check,and is the responsible party.I am not the only person they did this to.they are crooks.I am tired of his run around.

The distict attorney has told me what to do next and I will fallow his guidelines.It's to bad that 1st light takes advantage of small buisness's such as myself and Mr.[redacted] with the hope that we will not pursue,but we will do everything possible to get what 1st light and 1stlight alone has stolen from us.
