Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The seller’s boilerplate message ignores the fact the gaskets they sold are incompatible with Livia 90, as I have explained in my complaintI have bought from the 1st-line only once and will not buy anything from them in the futureThey falsely say that I purchased and returned something in Actually, my first order for the gaskets placed a day earlier, on 9/7, was canceled by Jim P [redacted] who, on 9/8, said “Thank you for your orderSorry, we needed to cancel the orderWe are unsure how you found 1st-line.net, but this is our development site, and we are unable to ship orders originating on this web site.” I reordered them on 9/Note also that I tried to contact 1st-Line Equipment company, first on 1/by responding to the email confirming my order, and then on 1/by using 1st-Line Equipment company “Contact Us” website formBoth messages were rejected, and the message said: “not delivered” because of “a problem delivering your message.” Usually, the email system rejects undeliverable messages within minutesIn this case, it took a day each time for somebody reading these messages to reject them, still trying to create an impression that the system did it automaticallyIt is their pattern of unprofessional practices that their future customers should know about Regards, [redacted]

We also have a button on each parts page to click on and show the terms and conditions for parts purchases as shown on the page for the part our customer ordered: ***/ We take great care in photography of each item soldWe store each part in different bins so there is no mix upWe also perform an inventory check on the item when a customer claims we sent the incorrect partIn this case, our inventory was correct and proves we shipped out the part as describedWe have no intentions to deceive customers willinglly or unwillinglyUpon our research for this Revdex.com complaint, we discovered that our customer made only one other purchase from us in for a set of cups and saucersHe requested and returned the order and we made an exception back then for the non-returnable cups and saucersIn addition, the gasket our customer ordered may not be the real issue as these same gaskets have worked for so many other customersOur customer may have an issue with the grouphead that houses this gasket OR the portafilter handle that inserts against the gasket may be wearing away and not allowing a proper seal to occurBased on all the evidence, we regrettfully decline the request for a refund and decline the return of the parts

We are unsure how you found 1st-line.net, but this is our development site, and we are unable to ship orders originating on this web site.” I reordered them on 9/7. Note also that I tried to contact 1st-Line Equipment company, first on 1/20 by responding to the email confirming my order, and then on 1/23 by using 1st-Line Equipment company “Contact Us” website form. Both messages were rejected, and the message said: “not delivered” because of “a problem delivering your message.” Usually, the email system rejects undeliverable messages within minutes. In this case, it took a day each time for somebody reading these messages to reject them, still trying to create an impression that the system did it automatically. It is their pattern of unprofessional practices that their future customers should know about.
