After fully investigating this complaint, we were able to determine the following:Our member purchased a CU Money Visa prepaid debit card. Member used the funds on the card for multiple purchases. Various credits were posted to this card in the following manner: Credits totaling
$on 05/28/2017, credits totaling $on 06/07/2017, credits totaling $on 06/08/2017. Total credits posted to the card were $841.59. Since such time the credits were applied, subsequent purchases were made which depleted the balance of the card.We have made multiple attempts to discuss this with the member however these attempts have been unsuccessful. A letter accompanying statements has also been mailed to the member to explain.Thank you
