Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2016/01/20) */ Contact Name and Title: Danelle [redacted] Property Ma Contact Phone: [redacted] Contact Email: Danelle@ [redacted] .com I am the Property Manager at 1st Minot ManagementWe have had several calls from Mr [redacted] We had spoke to the neighbors the first few timesThe issue that we found out was that there was no pleasing Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] has made it his mission to find reasons to complain about not only this tenant but prior tenants they we have rented toHe has a camera on the front of his garage, if he even sees someone put there foot across the crack on the shared driveway he calls the police and wants to have them arrested for trespassingIf a piece of their garbage happens to blow into his half of the yard he calls the policeHe called me because he claims that the tenants put a hole in his side of a fence, I asked him if had proof that it was them and he said no but he wanted them to pay for it I tried to tell Mr [redacted] that if his neighbor had purchased the home instead of renting it he would have to try to get along instead of finding ways to make the renters miserableWe did contact the Police Department and found that they had only followed up on a couple of complaints and found no reason to do anythingI have spoken to the owner of this property regarding this and he feels that maybe we should file a complaint against Mr [redacted] for harassmentI do not know what else we can do to please Mr [redacted] Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 12, 2016/01/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Danelle is correct that they have received multiple calls from me about my neighbors; however, she is incorrect by saying that I am the issueThe only reason why I have called first minot management time and time again is because the issues that I have been having with my neighbors have not stoppedInstead of actually being professional and trying to fix the problems when they were continuing, Danelle decided to ignore meI also have not "made it my mission" to find reasons to complain about my neighborsIssues were continuing so I called to let first minot know so that they could fix themWhen first minot refused to do their job, I began to call the copsDanelle also claims that I have complained about prior tenants which is a lieShe mentioned that to me during a previous phone call, and I specifically told her that my current neighbors are the only ones I have ever complained to them about, but for whatever reason she still acts like I have complained about othersI do have a camera in front of my garage, but I have never called the police when my neighbors stepped over the line a little bit or because their trash blew into my yard; which my neighbors claimThe times I have called the cops on my neighbors was for lighting fireworks off and throwing them at my house, and for purposely walking across my property or pulling up into my driveway with a vehicle to get dropped off after being told specifically by first minot management and the police to stay off of my propertyI did talk to Danelle about damage to my property because my neighbors had put a hole in my fence, and she told me that I would have to call the police and file a report, which I didI did not tell her that I wanted them to pay for it even though I had no proof, because I know that unless they confessed to doing it that they couldn't be forced to pay for the damageDanelle tries to act like I am doing everything within my power to make my neighbors miserable, when it is actually the exact oppositeI have only ever tried to get these issues with my neighbors to stop, and obviously when they didn't stop, I continued to try to get the issues resolvedIf first minot would just act like a business and do their job, then things would have never gotten this far in the first placeInstead they would rather go out of their way to try and make things worse and say things like, "I have spoken to the owner of this property regarding this and he feels that maybe we should file a complaint against Mr [redacted] for harassmentI do not know what else we can do to please Mr [redacted] ." This business is completely unprofessional, just like the many reviews I have read about first minot from previous tenants claimedI doubt they will be willing to help solve these issues based on their prior experiences, but I refuse to allow this to continue while nothing is being done
