1st Nail and Spa

Review: I found a coupon for a "Spa Manicure & Spa Pedicure" from this salon in my mailbox. I called and confirmed that the price- aproximately $22.00 was indeed for a "Spa" mani & "Spa" pedi. I went to the salon and again asked about the "Spa" mani/pedi (because the price for both was GREAT!). I sat down and was given a regular pedicure- and then sat for my manicure. I asked what the difference was between what they gave me and a "Spa" mani/pedi- they said, "none". As I checked out I complained that it seemed to me this was just a regular mani/pedi and once again asked what made it a "Spa" mani/pedi. I told them I have had several "Spa" mani/pedis and they usually have hot towels, scrubs, and herbs- they told me, "Oh that is another treatment- but we do those too"! I was livid. I called the manager to complain but she said the same thing- they call their "regular" mani/pedi a "Spa" because they are in a salon. I told them this is misleading and deceitful and that what they are given is NOT a "Spa" mani/pedi. They did not seem to care about this misleading advertisement.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop advertising their "regular" manicures and pedicures, "Spa" manicures and pedicures- just called them manicure/pedicures- NOT "SPA"!
