I purchased a roof from Rainbow Roofing Company on 7-17-with a year warranty I notified JR who is the son of the owner that I had a leak and would like it repaired JR came out and saw the leak and said he would arrange to have the repair done over the weekend of 2/20-2/ Well no one showed nor called I called him on Monday 2/22/and JR stated he would arrange something and call me right back well, needless to say, he never called I tried calling JR again but, his mailbox was full so, I called the company direct I spoke with the receptionist who said she would arrange for the work to be done I called again today 3/24/and left a message on the phone because I haven't had any response from this companyIt's been over a month and I want my roof repaired
