1st Nationwide Collection Agency

Review: I started receiving calls at my employer from Nationwide I asked was this a collection agency they informed me no they weren't. Then I was provided a number and a reference number to contact I was advised that I owed alone. I requested a debt validation letter the representative informed me No. He say only documents I will receive is from a judge and I will be brought up on federal charges. I asked for address of this facility he advise me no but I can make payment. I asked him not to contact my employers or any third party They advised me they will continue to contact me. The next day they called again I advised them don't call my employer I can't receive calls like this at my place of business. The man said he will continue to contact my place of employment and hung up. The next day the gentleman called and request to speak with my management and advised personal information to them that I was under federal investigation he was coming to provide me legal documents. The guy never showed I was totally embarrassed and can risk loosing my job. I called back and advised that a contact to my employer stop. I am time of being harassed by this company and I know and they know they are breaking the law.Desired Settlement: I want this company to cease all contact from me and they need provide a apology for the harassment and stress they have put me through.
