Sorry for the delayed responseThe original message went to my business partner, *** ***, who is currently out of the country. I was made aware of the complain by your office just yesterday The complaint was filed before upper management was aware of the situationUpon being
notified I personally contacted the customer and reassured her that all repairs would be taken care of and all costs would be covered by 1st Plumbing Services The repairs have been completed to the customer's satsisfaction I spoke with the customer yesterday and she stated she would rescind the complaint.Customer satisfaction is our number one priority Sincerely, *** ***

I had multiple issues I wanted them to look at and every step of the way I felt that they had my best interest and finances in mindThe owner even came out on his own accord and saved me money! I highly recommend themVery professional

I was told there would be a $service charge applied to my repair total (no problem) When they got here I was told there would be a $trouble shooting fee in addition My estimate for labor (parts were under warranty) was almost $There was also a $fee to transport parts they didn't have My grand total was over $(service fee not even applied) I paid the service charge and trouble shooting fee ($200) as required but didn't authorize service I called someone else and they were done in an hour, had the needed parts on truck, didn't agree with 1st Plumbing diagnosis and the grand total was $ Hot water restored and no problem since I feel very taken advantage of by 1st Plumbing I contacted twice asking them to discuss incident and consider refunding the $trouble shooting fee (I was happy to pay the $service charge) They didn't give me the courtesy of a reply

The Technician was called to the address for a water leak showing up in the closet. He spent over an hour to determine the leak was coming from the shower on the other side of the wall. The faucet was a discontinued model that repair parts had to come directly from the
manufacturer. I spent another hour and a half locating and ordering the parts for the faucet. I had them shipped directly to the homeowner. I told him to call the office as soon as the parts arrived to schedule a time for the installation. We have roughly hours of labor, hours of drive time, and office staff time wrapped up in this service call. I don't think $is unreasonable. Now the customer is calling to schedule the installation of the faucet parts and has additional work for us to look at. I am a little shocked at this complaint and wondering why he's calling for additional work if he is this unhappy with the service we have provided
