To Whom It May Concern:
Our company chose to not complete the restoration at
the claimant’s property due to many reasons included in the enclosed letter
that was sent to her and all involved.
We have only been paid for work completed as
billed, with a balance owed
to us of $1,898.34. The homeowner’s
mortgage company and insurance company have remaining funds for the customer to
complete the restoration with a contractor of their choice.
We never have and hope we never again have to walk off
and not complete our work but this customer had many inconsistencies and little
to no cooperation with our company and we felt it was near impossible to
satisfy her.

You make it sound like you knew what a good touch was here to make good moneyThe electric wasnot finishedit wasn't done only the running wire through behind the wallsThey did not run the wiring in the outlets and so there could be no INSPECTIONThey did take all the woodwork, as no one will throw this type wood away, as I said it was worth a fortune.I want to know what they did with my stove, dishwasher, side by side brand new and also with ice make and waterI bought these for the rental and also as well as a deep freeze on back porch, I bought the George Foreman grill for Christmas two years agoI also had two Early American rugs that just had to be cleanedThose two were over $ The appliance's is well over $ 4000.00.The receipts were in fire as I ordered and had them sent to be installed.1stResponse charged almost $ for mowingWhat????? It was just AA closed in back yard.They broke all the cement walks by putting those big trash container'sIt will be over $ to replace the walks ways.The front three piece window for the living room is still boarded up*** said all windows were doneWhere is all the trim work for all windows? We do not understand the basis of this complaint.  Yes we left things undone because the customer is impossible to understand and/or work with as we described in our letter to customer and all else involved.  Again we only charged for the work completed, nothing else.  We are never happy when our customer is not satisfied but in this case that was not going to happen.  Since you are so unhappy with our services we feel it is best that you take the remaining funds from the insurance company and work with a contractor of your choice to complete the repairs.It is apparent this will not be able to be resolved.
