Used them numerous times, they were fine as long as you do not use their lifetime replacement policy It is apparent that their LIFETIME REPLACEMENT actually means one time only They charge you 100% more than what you can find on the web, plus their lifetime fee, WHICH THEY ONLY HONOR ONCE Plus when I questioned their policy they got all offensive about me questioning their policy, I did finally get my money back after the manager gave me an altimatum of once more replacement or my money back would definately use another location if at all possible, and definately do not fall for the lifetime replacement gimic, just another form of theft

Ordered part via phone call for GE burner element and was given price of$ which included tax Picked up part and after reading invoice when home I found out that price included a $charge for lifetime replacement warranty Was never asked if I wanted this for my year old stove but included In price Called customer service and was told that advisor should have offered warranty at an additional charge which never happed Buyer beware and read invoice carefully before signing
