Had issue with my dormant account and submitted all documents they asked for with notary. Followed up many times thru emails but never heard back from them.
I only have a little amount left from my account but they should at least inform me if I can no longer get it or what more documents they want from me.
Never go to this bank...poor customer service.

Review: I have an Checking and Savings acount with this bank and I have been charged over 10 overdraft fees, when I had sufficient money in my account to transfer to my checking account and even after I transferred money I was accessed fees. This bank policy on overdrafts is ludacris. They have me enrolled in Bounce Protection but still charge me $23.25 for overdraft fees. Now they have put my savings account which is funds primarily for my child on restriction. This savings account I have is under my daughters name and should not be in no ways under restriction for issues surrounding my account. I have emailed Donald Yeager but have yet to receive a response. I have been inconvienced and over charge and I'm very upset!Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for all the overdraft fees that I was charged which is total amount of $186.
