It seems the customer is confusing us with a competitor, most of which do charge for the same service
Our site (www.1stopmove.com) is a free service and we do not charge the customers any fee for change of addressAlso, we checked for this
customer's name and we do not see him in our system either
Can the customer forward the receipt or bank statement which shows there was any charge was from us?
