Review: The first time I went there to get my phone fixed no one was in the store. The hours posted were from 10:30 to 6:30, but the guy who works there is absolutely NEVER there. When I finally got in contact with him, and made an appointment I had to wait another two days to get my phone fixed because he didn't have the white screen for my [redacted] 5s. So two days later I went back to the store and he was able to fix my screen. I paid $95 to get my screen fixed. Sat-Mon my phone was working perfectly, until Monday night it shut completely off and it would not turn back on. Tuesday I called the guy and he told me to come in Wednesday after school which would be around 12:30/1:00. I went there directly after school and he was not there. I waited over an hour in front of the store until I finally gave up and went home. When I got home I called him multiple times and I even left a message. Finally, he called me back and he told me he would call me when he got back to the shop so I could come. He never called me. Thursday morning I called him once again multiple times and he did not pick up. An hour later he called me and told me to come into the shop. I left my phone there over night so he could do tests on my phone. The next day he told me it wasn't the screen that was the problem it was a "software issue." My phone will not turn on and is in recovery mode. This guy is very unreliable. He told me to go to Apple and that he could not help me any further. This whole situation is very inconvenient because I am 19 years old and I use my phone for school, social life, and for financial purposes.Desired Settlement: Due to the major inconvenience, I would appreciate my money back.$95.00
