Upon opening the box, she was thrilled to see the items inside. They are brand name, quality items. T-shirt sizing runs true. I have no issue with the product itself. Even at the full monthly price of $19.92, it's worth it. Purchasing the items individually would cost well over $20.00.

My issue is they way my cancellation was handled. I contacted - via email - customer service on 05-18-16. I provided the required information. Very promptly, I received an email that the account had been cancelled. Admittedly, I did not access the website and try to log in because I trusted that the cancellation was complete. On June 15th, 2016, I noticed my account had been billed on June 8, 2016 by the 1 Up Box Company. I confirmed I still had the emails indicating the account had been cancelled and I contacted customer service again. While I waited for a response, I logged in to the account and discovered it was indeed still active. I searched every page for a method to cancel online. It was not available. I attempted to delete my credit card information. That option was not available. I searched for a customer service telephone number. One was not available. The only option you have on the account is to change/update your shipping address.

I would suggest to the company that they provide the above mentioned options on their customer account website. Email is not always the best way to handle correspondence. TL;DR Product is great. Price is reasonable. Customer service is courteous and prompt to respond. Customer account website needs some serious updates regarding account options and reaching out to customer service. Make sure you confirm you cancellation.
