Billy and Shaun made the whole process seamless and easy from start to finish. Everything was explained to me, and all commitments was followed through on.
Souther Torque was very professional and got everything done in a timely manner. I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect from start to finish. Thank you Shaun, and his crew, for an amazing job well done!
If I could leave a zero star review for Southern Torque Roofing I would. Delay after delay, incorrectly style and size of skylights, a ruined retaining wall - everything that could go wrong went wrong. The roofing job was done by a crew of three and took over two days. They didn't clean the nails out of the yard, and to date I have spent several thousands of dollars on leaks around skylights and the chimney due to incorrect or neglected flashing replacement. I have interior water damage in three rooms. Repeated phone calls to the owner are ignored; texts are ignored; and he refuses to fix the leaks or stand by his warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner does not run his business with integrity. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Revdex.com.
Good evening, I am sorry you feel that way. I would like to add my crew has 7 members and it took 1 day to complete. The yard was rolled 3 times after completion for nails. I have documentation saying you were 100% satisfied with the clean up and the work that was performed. The skylights did not fit and most companies would charge ya additional charges to order skylights when my company took care of the charge for you. The retaining wall that was broken was old and falling apart so when materials were placed it did damage it. I would like to add that my company did in fact pay to replace the retaining wall that was damaged. Instead of calling me for the leak you had another person up there doing repairs which in fact voids warranties. I am sorry you are upset over a voided warranty but please don’t make false claims because of it.
Timely service, work as advertised, and completed on time. Cleaned up yard after roof replacement better than it was before.
The salesmen was very professional and did an outstanding job. I was told how the process worked and they completed it. I love my new roof and high recommend them to anyone.
These guys did a great job on my roof after a major storm caused horrible damage. The sales team was very informative and professional. They were very knowledgable and took the time to explain any questions or concerns I had. Very nice and smooth process and timeline. The roofers did a great job and quick to get complete and cleaned up the place spotless. I totally recommend this team and will use again in the future if need be. Thanks again guys.
